    Hi,

    I am really really harassed by the Maruti Dealer T.R Sawhney having
    thier office at TR Sawhney, Gokul Pura, wazirabad road, Delhi.

    Person dealing with me is Neeraj Mishra.

    I am feeling really really miserable and regretting the day I planned to
    buy the Maruti vehicle from TR Sahwney.

    Firstly they harassed me in delivery of my car, Swift LDi.

    Somehow, I got that from them and now I have not recieved my RC even
    after around 2 years of delivery of my car.

    The registeration number is HR 26 AN 5811 which I got but they are
    saying that RC cannot be recieved. I bought the car on 26th Sep,2007

    I have been calling and following up continuously with the dealer but no
    one is ready to do anything for me.

    I am really helpless and feel completely cheated.

    I tried to contact the maruti helpline and also talked to the high
    officials of Maruti. They are not helping me and just making me run from
    here to there.

    PLEASE HELP.

    I will post you the reciepts, documents and the demand draft of 250 Rs
    to you.

    Default Complaint agains Maruti Car dealer TR Sawhney Lajpat Nagar

    Hi,

    I am really annoyed with the unprofessional services of the Maruti Dealer TR Sawhney, lajpat nagar. The dealer has been giving fake commitments since December 22, 2009 (the day I had booked a Wagon R Lxi).
    I had made a down-payment of Rs. 100,000 on the same day and was assured that the dealer would follow-up for the car loan applied by me and make the delivery of the car by December 26, 2009 or the next day of the approval of the loan. However, the the loan was approved on December 30, 2009 and I was called urgently on December 31, 2009 to complete all the paper work so that the car could be delivered on the next day. In between I had also received a letter from the dealer stating that the full amount should be paid before December 1, 2009 or the booking would be cancelled. This was despite of regular telephonic communication with the dealer and I was told this letter was sent by mistake.

    However, even after completing all the paper work on December 31, 2009 and generation of delivery order the delivery of the car was not made. The delivery was delayed by 2 days days every time uptill January 9, 2010. I had also received a communication on December 9, 2010 that I have not taken the delivery of the car after making full payment since December 31, 2009 despite of continued reminders and the booking shall be cancelled if I fail to take the delivery within 7 days. It was portrayed as if I have not taken the delivery of the car although I have been continuously demanding the delivery but I was told that the stock was not available and the delivery could not be made. On communicating with the dealer I was told that the delivery could not be done before 4-5 days.
    On demanding the cancellation of booking and refund of amount, I was told that some paper work would be required and they would communicate the same later. Since then the dealer (Manager) has been ignoring the calls.

    Such kind of unprofessional attitude was not expected out of a dealer of Maruti Udyog limited. I have been taking leaves from Office for the urgent requirements of the dealer (December 31, 2009 for paper work and January 7, 2010 for the committed date of delivery). Such dealers should not be kept into the network who donnot value the time and money of the customers.

    I have taken a loan against a vehicle which has still not been delivered to me.

    Would expect & request a strict action from your side.

    Dear sir,

    I have change the AXle of maruti alto car HR 10j 8732, under extended warranty, in that i got the sound within 10 days then i have gone to visit there , he assured we will change the same. but he did not having in stock.I have visited once he haveing stock then he is saying we connot chage becuse your ext warranty has been expierd.

    As confirmed by delar AXLe is in stock - 05.02.2010

    I got my Maruti Wagon R UP 14 AL 5358 servised on 05/02/2010 from ST Track Auto Care Limited, A- 31, Sector 63, Noida. It was a Paid Service. According to theirchecks and limitations they did the servicing. I am surprised to say that myvehicle has not even run for 25,000 Km and clutch bearing, clutch release,clutch cover and bearing cable have been changed/ replaced.

    I am afraid these charges should not be levied from me because my vehicle has not even moved for 50,000 Km from the date of purchase. I feel if the clutch and accessories havr reached up to the condition of replacement , then it is a quality problem on company's part and I should be returned with the charges which have been levied from me vide Cash Memo No. BC 09006245 and Job Card No.JC 09006557 dated 05/02/2010.



    Please look into the matter before it takes the shape of litigation in Consumer Court.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have booked a swift Desire (VDI) model of Black Colour at Saya Automobiles Ltd. on 7th Octopber 2009 vide receipt No. REC09003483 and my customer ID is I092687789. At the time of booking I was told that i would get the said car within three months and by maximum it could take three and half months. since the elapse of the time period specified to me i have made repeated calls and personal visits to Saya Automobiles but each and every time I am told a new and different story by the sales executive and the General Manager of SAYA Mr. Ankit Thakur. they are not willing to deliver me the desired car and colour of my choice for the better reasons known to them. sometimes they say, " black colour is not good, you take some other colour". then on the next visit they say, " maruti is not manufacturing black colour". when i insisted that since I have booked the black colour at initial stage they should not compell me to take the other one, then the General Manager told me that Maruti Manufactures black colour only when there is order of at least 100 black cars and now I have booked one such car so I have to wait unless 99 more orders of the Black colour is placed to Maruti.

    It was further shocking that when I asked them to provide me the customer care number of Maruti to lodge my grevirences, they insisted me not to do so. but on my constant insistence they provided me a wrong number and improper web site. later on it was revealed that the number provided to me by them was infact " on road service" of maruti and the web site was the web site of Maruti and not the site where i could lodge my complaint. After much hastle and I could get the right website and the number from one of my Known person who too was a sufferer. the said persons behave in such an improfessional manner. thereafter I called at 18001800180 but no complaint was lodged but my request was forwarded. However I was given yet another number to lodge my complaint. The said numbers were told to be of the regional head office at Delhi, i.e. (46781000, 4615029). I called on the said numbers repeatedly but no body picked the numbers. Then I got another number i.e. 99102020 and finally my formal complaint was lodged on 7/2/2010 at 1:35 PM and my complaint number was 5045893938. I was assured that steps will be taken and needful would be done immediately but till now i haven't received any call or mail in such direction. at this stage I feel Harassed and cheated.

    you are requested to look into the matter and explain me as the veracity in the version and statements made by the General Manager of Saya. you are also requested to tell me as to for how long I have to wait further for the Black colour and if it would take more time why I was not explained about the real and true picture about the uncertanity of the black colour at the time of booking. you are also requested to inform me the fate of my complaint.     Angry Harassed by Dealer-Vipul Motors Pvt Ltd, Faridabad and Manufacturer-Maruti Udyog Ltd

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased my fourth car SX4 ZXi from Vipul and Maruti on Feb 20, 2009 and I observed that the steering wheel was very hard, which made driving very uncomfortable. I visited Vipul Motors Unit 1 and Unit 2 and they told me that is is normal because the car has got wide tyres and its pretty heavy.

    Because the problem was getting severe day by day. During 1st and 2nd free service and also inbetween, I kept on telling Vipul people that the car steering has some genuine problem and they should try to resolve it but they put a deaf ear on my complaint. Days and months kept on passing this way and I kept on suffering due to Vipul people. They intentionally harassed me for more than 7 months due to which I had to drive the car with hard steering.

    One fine day I got to drive a new SX4 of some other customer and his car's steering was smooth like butter. This was shocking for me that my car has such a hard steering and others have so smooth. After that I visited both the units (Unit 1 and Unit 2) of Vipul Motors and explained them the difference I observed. They again tried to make fool of me and this was inhumane. I started writing mails to Maruti and then Vipul people called me to their Unit 2 and told me that some steering module is faulty and due to that the steering movement is being obstructed. And in another 3 weeks time, I got the module changed in Unit 2 and now the steering wheel movement became so smooth.

    I got the third service done from Unit 1 of Vipul Motors and after 15-20 days the horn, steering mounted controls, airbag signs, seatbelt signs, etc, everything stopped working. I took the car to Unit 1 and they told me that when the steering module was changed at Unit 2, they misaligned another module due to which some part of that got damaged. They told me to go to Unit 2 for the resolution. Then I visited Unit 2 and told them about this problem. They told me that the problem occured after I got the service done from Unit 1 and it is due to Unit 1 people not Unit 2. This was too much of harassment.

    I started writing mails to Maruti and kept on writing it for 30 days but nothing happened, after which I decided not to get this car repaired but Maruti and Vipul should give me a new car in replacement of this faulty car.

    I want to ask 2 questions to Vipul and Maruti:
    1. Why it took more than 7 months for you to identify the problem of hard steering movement and resolve it by changing the module?
    2. Why it took more than 1 month to get the module for horn, steering mounted controls?

    I am Maruti's and Vipul's customer for so many years and they gave me a defective product and very very bad service. I demand justice from them by replacing this car with a new one because I didn't enjoy this car as a new car from day 1 of its purchase.

    Please help, these two companies are like deaf and dumb on my requests.

    Default Poor, Unexpected Response from the Maruti Authorised Service Centre

    Sir / Madam,
    This is regarding the problem we have faced on 21-Feb-2010, Sunday. Our car model being A Star, we had a problem with the lock, we were able to put the key but we were unable to turn/rotate it to 'On' or 'Start' position. We tried in all possible ways but also it was just unmoved. We were stuck in Adi Chunchanagiri, a place near Kunigal outskirts of Bangalore. As we didn't find any reachable service stations, we called up the people of Pratham Motors, Bangalore, who had serviced our car. They took this isssue very lightly and started making fun out of us by providing 'n' numbers of contact numbers of other persons. As we faced this problem outskirts the bangalore, none of the Maruti people were ready to help us. They being so ignorant & excalating our calls by giving the contact numbers of other persons who just transferred the calls again and again which was of no use. We had made around 50-60 calls but didn't get even a single positive response or guidance. For whomever we were calling, they were responding that road services facility is available only within the city and its constumers responsiblity if the car broke downs at outskirts of the city. This type of cheap response was never expected from the MARUTI Service Centres. If this is the case, why should they promote as 24/7 service available throughout INDIA while selling or show AD in TV, Newspaper as 24/7 service available throughout INDIA. This is really Ridiculous.!!! Finally we had to get it temporarily done by a local mechanic, who just took of everything and gave the direct connection and we took a high risk of driving with 1 hand all through the way for 4 hours!! (as we had to hold the key in 1 hand to see that it doesn't get stuck). It is disgusting that the Maruthi company being a highly reputed one offers this worst service to the customers! Kindly look in to it! We are fed with your 'sorries' and donot expect it anymore!!

    SIR I am very unhappy and not satified with post service by your dealer CORAL MOTORS Barelly.They did one servic they do not give us proper solution.Then again I went there for this they simply told us that every SWIFT is consuming oil engin was again topped up by 500ml enginoil again they told us to toup engin regluarly I do not think this is a solution to fillup engin 150ml oil after every 1000km ENGIN NO D13A/1309443 CHASIS NO MA3FKEB1SOO483815 SARVJIT SINGH ph 09621088688=9415558571

    Post useless Authorised maruthi servic centre in cochin: We One service centre paarivattom

    Dear Sir:
    Just last month only i had owned a used Maruthi ALTO.On 02.03.2010.......my car was parked on road side but unfortunately a cocunut from near by area came and fell on to my car and my front windshield fully got damaged.
    So due to this problem i had to change my cars wind shield , for this purpose i searched the authorised service centres address from internet and which should be near to my office , i got the number of WE ONE Maruthi Service centre near palarivattom in cochin. I made a call to this number and i discueed with them regarding this matter and i asked for the total estimate for this work,they said i will be Rs:3800 Including fixing.and i took my car to their work shop .....as i reached there they said it will cost total amount of Rs:4500 , i said whatever it you just make it clear and i handed over the vehicle they said tommarow you can collect the vehicle.when next day i reachen the service centre the glass was totally fixed but wen i closely watch the vehicle the glass was not propely fixed . my interior was tared for fixing the glass it was clearly visible.....the sealent was sticked on my cars body, they dont know how to work. the final finishing was not at all properly done. and these people stole some of my personal properties also.and wen i informed them about these problem they rashed on me............?they even dont know how to behave with the customers.I was totally unsatisfied. thay are just useless people.....they dont know how to work, how to behave...........?
    It is better to cancell their authorisation.....rather to go on with .
    Next time onwards if any thing happenms to my car by god i wont give my car these people. even if i give my car to a local workshop.they are better than these people.

    Angry I'm Not satisfied with Kapico maruti (Chennai)

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Good day to all who are all see this complaint.

    But past one and half months it was a bad days for me.,I have given my car to the kapico body shop (Coimbedu - chennai) before 43 days.And ppl over there told me that they will give my vehicle with in 20 days,But they din give me the vehicle still.When ever i call them they are not responding me properly.They says will give me the vehicle in a couple of days but they never ever used to do that .I spoke with three person over there and their name mentioned as follows
    1) Ganesh - Who took my car and the one who said he will give me with in 20 days but he never ever turn up to me.And today when i have called him he is shouting at me , asif i have taken his car for work.
    2)Jayaseelan - he is some head person among them, he too given me some useless promises but he blame others as if he is correct in his work.
    3)Suburamani - when i called the kapico motors they have given another person contact details , He too never turn up to me.
    Most importantly the car what iam having is MARUTI ASTAR.

    Dear sir/Madam whom ever see this complaint , Totally am upset and fed up with kapico maruti.
    When i called the reception they never ever given me the higher official contact number.
    Is this the reliable car showroom ..??????????
    ppl pls see my suffer and dont ever turn to that show room.
    My blood pressure increased today, how the way they answer me today, not even today (all these days)
    Relly fed up with ppl in kapico maruti

    If you are not satisfied with any Maruti Authorized service center then file your complaint with the Maruti Customer Care at 18001800180, wait for their response and revert us back.

    Hi,

    This is in regard the bad experiance that I got form Maruti True Value.

    I booked a Car Wagon R 2003 VXI model with. The car was equiped with CNG kit music system and 2 back side speakersproperly fitted. I dont required CNG kit so My Surya Pratap(TV Manager) told me that they will remove the kit from the car and 15000/- amount decreased. I finalized he car in 1.5 lack and paid a 5000 as caution money on 08th feb. I tried for finance but loan was not approved due to some reasons so I decided to pay full cash payment.

    On Thursday March 11th went to showroom and spoke to Mr Sachinder & Mr Vijay Dhameja that remove the CNG kit form car and complte all the pnding service of the car and I will pick the car on friday morning and they agred for that.

    Thursday evening I again called up the showroom no and spoke to Mr Rahul that please check nothing is pending in car service.

    Friday moning I reached regent at 1:30 in noon and I found that car was still not ready and I got a very bad responce form TV people. when I asked that why its happpning then they told me that Mr Surya Pratap left the True value so everyting in messedup. after so many reminders the CNG kit was removed at 4 PM. When i checked the car I found that Power window was not working for one side fornt Indicators was not working then they fixed up the problem. Maruti True value claims that we pass the car after a proper technical check which has 120 points I asked same thing from Mr Suchinder that I want to see the check list he told me we cannt not show that but all tests are done.

    I got the delivery of the car in very pathetic condition at 6:00PM with so many sounds, back side speakers kept in the back without any connection and for that Mr suchindr told me that we received the speakers form customers in this condition. I earlier mntioned that the speakers were goodcondition when I finalized the car. and they reached in this condition when CNG kit was removed.

    I found that tyre tube was not in stapnee so I asked Mr Suchinder and he told me that please come on monday and I will give you the tyre tube.

    In monday morning I calld My suchinder that car is giving me a milege of approx 10 KM p/h and car is bubling at the speed of 80 so I am coming to showroom and please do the needfull service.

    I also asked Mr Suchinder & Mr Rahul that what about the one year gurantee & 3 free services, they told me that this is an Delhi no car and we cannt provide you that.

    When I reached showroom on monday morning 10 AM mr Suchinder gave me a tyre tube with had almost 7-8 time puncture repaired.

    Only Milege test was done form their side and they told me that alignment and rest of the things cannt be done or I have to pay the charges for complete servie.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchaged an Alto 2008 LXI model on 7.7.2008 from your dealer KTL PVT LTD KANPUR. When Oil consumption of Engine increased I send the car to Tanya automobil,90,Nauchandi Ground Meerut. They opended the engine of the car and suggested for overhauling of the engine.They have given an estimate of Rs 8500=00 in which I have been told to pay Rs7500.
    I am already shocked to find myself in this position and repenting the day when I decided to purchase a Maruti car. I strongly oppose to pay even a penny for no fault of mine. I request kindly look into the quality of the engine installed in my car and get it set right without any cost to me.

    Default Haress due to miscommitment & miscommunication regarding delivery of maruti swift lxi

    Hi,

    I am really annoyed with the unprofessional services of the Maruti Dealer Krish Automobiles pitampura. The dealer has been giving fake commitments since 19 Feb 2010(the day I had booked a Swift Lxi white colour).
    I had made a down-payment of Rs. 5000 to Amit of Krish Automobiles and was assured that they will try and deliever the car by 28th Feb before budget as hike in excice duty was expected which could result in price increase and he also commited that if he is not able to deliever the car due to any unexpected problem, he would at any cost deliever by 5 March 2010.
    On 5th March we called to enquire about the status of delievery and were told that it will take another week.....We called up again on 15th Monday as Amit had assured us that he has checked with his boss and will deliever the car at any cost on the 15th come what may
    We called up again on 15th March and were told that car would still get further delayed. At this we insisted that now it is the height to which we can tolerate and insisted that we speak to Amit's Boss......After a lot of pursuance, we got to spoke with Manoj( Amit's Boss) He said that the car will come in a maximum of two days.....Today is the 23rd and still there is no sign of the car coming.......we again called up Amit today and he said that he would not be able to deliver the car immediately and we will have to wait for some more time....we asked how much to which he candidy reply that he cant say .
    The dealer was also initially insisting that we get our loan approved through his agent.......His agent was giving us car loan at 10.5% wherras the same bank when we contacted directly offered us 9.5.
    From 1st of April 2010, the rates of the car will be hiked as there will be hike in road tax....this has left us on the losing spree right from the time when we did booking from these cheaters
    we are strongly getting a feeling that the dealer is not giving us the car becausewe did not get loan done from his agent who would have ideally passed them some freebies in case we would have got it done....
    Krish Automobiles is the most pathetic and unprofessional dealer that I have come across in my life.
    Such kind of unprofessional attitude was not expected out of a dealer of Maruti Udyog limited. Would expect & request a strict action from your side.

    Default poor service-autotech engineers sec-3,dwarka(maruti authorized service centre)

    Dear Concern,
    This is to bring to your notice that i have serviced my car from auto tech engineers an authorised maruti service station at sec-3, behind dps school dwarka on 7th march 2010, they delivered the car after service keeping the washing of it pending for another day, next week when i visited for washing they took 4 hours to wash the car, reason being they already took the payment on 7th itself so they were not bothered, secondly the service is so worst, the ac of the car is working upto the satisfaction, they do not believe in test drive after the service to check the customer satisfaction, if you see the roads outside their compound it is so pathetic that even the serviced car remains the same when you drive on that road. I would suggest everyone that if you are looking for a maruti service station do not opt for it, this was my first & last visit to this station.
