    Default Complaint of rana motors for servicing

    Dear Sir,
    My car no. is DL2CH-1446 and I went to Rana motors (Okhla) on 12/10/2010 for servicing. My SA was Subodh Mihra. I deposited my servicing money at about 1555 but car was not delivered to me before 1700 hrs. Mr. Mishra was not even bothered to check whethere the servicing has been done properly or not and car has been delevired or not. Even I personally told him three times. I informed Mr. Mishra so many complaints but now I checked that the flow of water with wiper is not working properly and I don't know about the other complaints has been done properly or not because I don't know about the car's instruments. The car was not washed properly and the dust was lying on their mats. I deposited app. Rs. 3500 for servicing. Senior officers from Maruti Udyog are requested kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action against the culpit agency.

    Default complaint against dealer unsatisfied job done by lovely auto ,JALANDHAR

    I yogesh behl have swift vdi with registration no. PBO8BK 2444. I have given my car for accidental job and paid the bill on 31/08/2010(bill no. BR10000514).AND GOT MY CAR. AFTER SOME DAYS I HAVE NOTICED THAT WHEN WE ARE ON HIGHWAY AT THE SPEED OF 120 MY CAR SHAKES LIKE IT WILL BE OUT OF CONTROL. REPEATEADLY TALKING TO THE DEALER LOVELY AUTO JALANDHAR THEY WERE FAIL TO SATISFIED ME IN THERE REPLY THAT IT IS AGAINST LAW TO DRIVE OVER THE SPEED OF 80 Kms. MY CAR IS STILL LYING WITH THE DEALER.

    Angry Maruti and It's Dealers (TR Sawhney, Lajpat Nagar Delhi) Cheating Consumers

    Hi,

    I think cheating consumers and comes naturally to Maruti and it's Dealers. I had deposited Rs.15,000 as advance money towards booking a Swift Lxi on 28.7.2010. I was promised that the car would be delivered to me in 2 months. Few Days back I received a call from the dealer T R Sawhney, Lajpat Nagar to deposit full amount and take the delivery of the car within 3 days.

    As asked for I deposited full amount to the dealer on 18.10.2010. It is 26.10.2010 there is no commitment from the dealer on delivery of the car. On enquiring with the senior dealer sales staff there is no assurance to get the car. When I asked for the refund of money from the dealer I am told it would take 15-20 days.

    I am not sure what I should do in such a situation since there is no redressal forum at Maruti to help harassed consumers like can somebody please help me.

    I am really really harassed by the Maruti Dealer AVNASH AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD at 54-10-9,MADDILAPALEM,VISAKHAPATNAM-530022
    Person dealing with me is B SHIVA KUMAR
    I am feeling really really miserable and regretting the day I planned to
    buy the Maruti vehicle from AVNASH AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD.

    Firstly they harassed me in delivery of my car, MARUTI WAGNAR DUO LXI.
    AT the time of booking the told me that u will get a screch card which is offered by maruti And that is having sure gift and if u do registration from me the will provide me no plate.i taken delivery of car on 13 oct 10.and the date of registration on 23 oct 10.i earliar told him that i dont have much time to came your show room but before delivery they told no problem they will take care of everything don’t take from varun motors (another dealer) who is very near to my home. but after taken delivery they do not turn up for registration also. any how i have taken leave for 1 day and completed registration formalities. they also told the will provide all mats free and antenna but at the time of delivery the putted alto metes instead of wegnar i earlier told him that i m going away from some official work so before that the will provide me the no plate but in spite of telling many time that i m leaving today the will not turn up finaly with out no plate i have to park my car for how much time i don’t know.
    I have been calling and following up continuously with the dealer but no
    one is ready to do anything for me.

    I am really helpless and feel cheated.

    Thumbs down Principal Private Secretary to Chief Secretary, Govt. of Mizoram, Aizawl.

    3(three) nos of vehicles - 1 Gypsy King hard top 5 doors AC and 2 nos. hard top (fibre), were booked with the local dealer of Maruti, namely M/S H B Motors, Maruti Authorised Dealer, Aizawl (Mizoram), from the Directorate of Health Services (Blindness Control Society) on 25th January, 2010. Payment amounting to Rs. 17,66,287 was made vide Vijaya Bank cheque No. 200398 dt. 21 January, 2010 to the dealer. Out of the 3 vehicles 2 hard top (fibre) gypsies
    were delivered some time in June. Gypsy King hard top 5 doors AC is meant for the Chief Secretary, Mizoram, which is yet to be delivered. On repeated enquires, the local dealer informs that the vehicle is not ready in the Plant.

    Is it true ? Why the Company takes almost one year to deliver a vehicle ? Who is responsible for such undue delay ? Is it that the dealer does not place the order with the Head Office immediately after getting the order from the consumer ?

    Can we get the vehicle at all in the near future ?

    i purchased Wagnaor LXI on 25.07.2010 from Avadh Moters private limited Lucknow.First Service was done at one up motors lucknow. While first i spoken that there is problem of gear and clutch but they told this is your driving problem . But it is sorry to say that clutch had burn after 3 month and at 1127 Km running . please replace it in warranty . as the are charging the cost of clutch .My Wagnor No s UP32DH3794/Chassis Number MA3EWDE1S00129494 ENGINE NO K10BN4080646

    Default Wrong delivery committment by dealer bagga link motor, patparganj after full payment

    Dear Sir,

    This has reference to a car booked in Bagga Link Motors Ltd. in the month of April 2010. Iniatially they have written that the delivery will be within seven/eight months. In last week of September they asked for full payment telling the delivery will be given immediately. State Bank of India disbursed loan of Rs. 3,20,000/- balance Rs. 72,132/- was given on 04-10-2010 against receipt no. 171500. So, they have taken full payment from me.

    Now they are making me fool saying car model "eco cng ac" not availabe.

    Looking forward for justice.

    I Lt. Col S. Sharma given my car model Maruti Swift DeZire (UP-32-DD-3959) for second service to Anand Motors Cantt Sadar Bazar Lucknow on 8 November 2010.
    My main complaints were
    a. Small Dent on bonnet
    b. replacement of front bumper
    c. free second service

    On 9th Nov 2010 I received my Vehicle Late Night I was shocked to see that the service wasn't done, washing of the vehicle not done but my coupon for free service was removed secondly i was really upset to see that my car's front bumper which was asked to be replaced wasn't replaced since i had put a mark on my old bumper and the mark is still there to my surprise they charged me the 50% cost of the new bumper since insurance claim was made.
    Sir, we are army persons it is beyond our tolerance to have such a defaulter Anand Motors to serve us in cantt area. You are requested to kindly investigate the matter and blacklist your authorized service dealer(Anand Motors)

    My brother-in-law had purchased a Wagon R Vxi from a Maruti authorised dealer by the name of ROHAN MOTORS. There was this offer in the news paper that in case you do your car booking till the 31st Oct'2010 with an amount of Rs 5000 you would get 3 silver coins on the delivery of the car. Now my brother did the same and went to the above mentioned Rohan Motors for the booking this gentleman at the showroom by the name of Mr. Surender Rawat said that the offer was over and when shown the news paper he quoted “aare sir you know that it is never what is printed in the news paper".
    My brother in law wanted to stop the deal but then Mr. Satish Kambojh a Sales Head assured that on the delivery of the car 3 silver coins would be given . My brother in law went on the 1st Nov'2010 and said that he wanted the car and he was ready to give the complete payment in cash. The showroom people gave him the car BUT NOT the 3 SILVER COINS for this they said these were out of stock and would be delivered in a day to his house. Great no problems.

    Our bad luck that my brother in law’s car was parked outside his house and some unknown person came and hit the car and ran away. This happened the 2nds day that is on the 2nd Nov'2010 evening.
    My brother in law called the showroom for some assistance that to whom he should contact for the repair and the reply he got from the sales agent who had sold him the car was sir as if now it is Diwali time so you please sit and talk to us after Diwali.
    When I came to know about this I called up the showroom and asked for the manager and I would say that My special thanks to Mr. Vikas Goel who guided me correct and gave me the workshops number where the car could be repaired and taken care of.

    The next day the car was taken to the workshop and again the problem of the insurance and claiming it became an issue . We were told to give a lot of papers and at some point also told to give 1000 Rs because this was the under table amount which Mr. Surender Rawat had to give to the RTO people and what not. Anyways after fooling them enough we were told that you would be given the car after Diwali on the 12th Nov’10. Fine now when my brother in law calls up on the 10th Nov’10 to know the status he gets an answer that no work has been done and we could not even claim the insurance because your registration number has to come first. Now the showroom people get the registration number when they would get the work done this only they know.
    I called up on the 10th Nov’10 to speak to Mr. Rawat I was told by Ms. Sangeeta Verma he is on leave I said fine please if you could tell me the registration status of this car she tells me to call up after an hour. When I call her up after an hour she asks me to hold and speaks to some one without keeping the hand on the receiver saying that “ aare yaar kya karma hai inka bhai koi yaar dekho mera demak mat kharab karvao” the other gentle man speaks to me and tells me aap kal call karma .

    Is this what you promise to give before someone hands over the cash to you. MARUTI UDYOG HAS A NAME IN THE MARKET PLS DO NOT EMPLOYE PEOPLE WHO ARE SPOILING YOUR NAME .

    May I request you to please help me and my borther in law in this matter.

    Hi,
    I bought a new A-star from Maruti Bimal Showroom in Bangalore, I booked the car on 7th of October 2010, it took one week to 10 days to finish the legal work for loan, inspite of clearing the procedure of loan well in advance for delivery before Diwwali on 4th of November, I really had to fight hard for car delivery from the showroom, the sales executive got the temp registration done and said after diwali he would get the registration done and deliver all the relevent documents, now he is refusing to take the vehicle for registration and asking us to do the registration ourselfs, I have really fought hard from Bimal showroom sales executive for timely delivery & now since I pressurized them for car delivery with temp registration to get the car before pooja, he is refusing to do the registration.
    I really am sick of purchasing this A star, I have lost all the intrest and still waiting for them to take the vehicle for registration.
    I have not used the vehicle till now, only used it for pooja, want to retun back the car, how can do it?

    Hello,

    I always give my vechicle to maruthi dealers.As i was a little busy and i heard about the one near my native.So i decided to give it to them as i was away for few days..(this is where my bad luck happened)

    firstly, i left my vechicle on 13th nov-10' and told them all my issues.They said that it would cost me about 1500-2000.rs.I agreeed.They had given a bill of 3836.rs.This was paid.I came back from tour and took my vechicle on monday(15th nov-10')-they had dropped my vechicle in my in -laws place.They had dirtied the seats and still water was logging into my car after the service. I had to go back to work to tirupur, so i stayed there for a couple of days.The vechicle was not pulling used to jerk when on gas at slow speeds.So i had to drive with my leg on the clutch..

    All this i am telling you that firstly i was not satisfied with the service..And after the jerk, i took it back to service center in bhavani.on 18th nov-10'.i told them all what i told you and they started checking it.They went for a drive and came back and put my vechicle back into the servise center.So i too went in there and saw them working.Later on they said that they need to change the spark plugs,i was curious , because, when ever jerk happened, i used to control it by pressing the clutch, what has this to do with spark plugs..(any way i am not technical).The owner/manager named Parameshwaran,came and told me to sit in the room.I told him, i wanted to see, if they are really changing it..(because, i alreadyy had a bad experiance with them, after spending almost 4ooo.rs. i was not satisfied with their service).Then he told his guys to put my car out and lock it up.Is this the way to treat anyone.If he has a point he could have told me that ,it would be disturbance or some thing else..He was fuming at me .Waht did i do??

    I was late to office , so i came out quitely..and stood till the car got ready..I have been having this car more than 4 yrs.. i was never treated like this..Brfore this my dad and i had OmNI for 11 yrs.. again we were not treated like this.

    I feel i shuld have never gone to that service station .I feel bad as i write.. i never wanted to complain.. but his words are haunting me..Why would a big car manufacturer have a authorised dealer like this, who is unpleasant with the customers..Actually, it shoud have been me who is supposed to be angry, i don't understand , why he got angry??If he has some other problem, then he should shout there, not on me.I was shocked by his treatment.And i am disappointed.

    I just want to know, if i could do anything more about this..This would only spoil the name of your esteemed company..
