    My father ,was in need of money for my sister's kidney transplant ,So he sold Maruti 800 .But even after 2 months of taking our car's possession they are not giving money.And when we contact them they always say you will get your cheque soon.

    Default Poor service by maruti service centre my car at bhopal

    Hi, i was very much socked when i recieved my wagnor lxi serviced from my car maruti service centre it was not washed not cleaned and handed over to my person and took rs. 4000/- for servicing. When i went to the service centre it was more sockinkg that no body responded properly from reception i was asked to contact some body he refered me to work shop their no body responded then i contacted floor incharge he asked to contact again to the first person and i got irritated and came back. I register my complaint on costumer care again no responce then i contacted dealer from where i purchased car but still waiting for the responce..........

    Default Complain “Akanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd” situated in Moradabad.

    Dear Sir,
    This refers to one of your dealer called “Akanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd” situated in Moradabad, who has been harassing us for past 4 months. We have booked a Swift Dzire from the above dealer & its details are mentioned hereunder.
    (1) We booked Swift Dzire VXI petrol version, Metallic Sovereign Blue on 2nd May, 2010. In the name of Dr. Sanjeev Mehrotra & deposited Rs.100000. (Receipt no: 2074, dated 2nd May, 2010).
    (3) On 4th June, 2010 we were called up to take delivery of our car & deposit the balance money.
    (4) On 5th June, we deposited Rs. Rs.514975 (Receipt no: 2213), financed by our bank.

    Surprisingly, the car was not actually present in their show room & we were then, assured to get our car delivered, latest by 10th June, 2010.

    (5) We helplessly pursued them till 29th July, 2010, when we were finally intimated that our car has been received for the final delivery.
    Unfortunately, having monitored the car, we found that the color was badly done, with a number of spots & scratches. In-fact, it seemed to be a pre owned car or a car that is normally kept for a test drive. We refused to take its delivery. “Akanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd” accepted to raise the matter with the respective office holders at Maruti Company & assured us once again, to deliver the said car with in a month’s time.
    We visited “Akanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd” several times. We are not only neglected, but badly treated & insulted. We have following points to bring to your notice.
    (a) We have come across several acquaintances, who have booked Swift Dzire for mere Rs.50000.where as we were charged Rs.100000 & what actually is the company policy for booking a car is still not known.
    (C)If the said car was not received by “Akanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd”, why we were asked to deposit the final balance.
    (D) We have been paying monthly installments to our bank, without actually using the car. Our bank has been asking for the registrations papers, insurance papers etc, which we are unable to produce. In case we even surrender or cancel the car now & pay back our bank, we may suffer minimum loss of Rs.25000.
    We are virtually ignored & misguided, which should be literally termed as fraud & misrepresentation. We have also sent a registered post of this letter to Maruti Udyog. We would like to seek your kind help to look into our case & guide us further.

    Default Maruti true value where as actualy noting is true here

    Recently we bought a Used Wagon-R From RajSneah True Value,Meerut.
    Before Buying the car we were assured about the car that it will be thoroughly checked by the true value and all the problems will be ratified by the true value people.We were also told that if any problem will come it will arise it will also be taken care by Raj Sneh True value.
    When we went there for the delivery of the car we found that car is not even washed properly, many parts were not functioning properly, after finding some faults we were asked to send the car for washing.Even after visit to the true value centre for trice they did not give us the service booklet, for a very long time after making number of call to true value people they gave it to us after almost 45 days.
    When we sent our car for servicing after 60 days we were told that to ratify all the problem in the car we will have to pay 10,000 Rs.And after checking the online status of the repair work done by the true value to our surprise we found that except washing of the car nothing has been done to remove all the problems before delivering the car to us.

    I want to know are these checks about which we were told before buying the car only to make fool of people or if not why not all the faults are repired off the car when true value people konw about these faults.

    Default Non delivery of car color as promised was not done for swift vxi

    Dear sir/Madam,

    I am putting in this post with regards to by booking of swift vxi [color : auze gey ]. with DD motors - okhla.
    My date of booking was 1st Aug,2010 and promised delivery date was 1st Sep. Due to my illness and some other reason loan processing took time and was sanctioned by 8th Sep, 2010. In the meantime representatives from DD motors did help me in laon processing and also conveyed that the car is ready and the day the laon is processed you can take the delivery.
    Now on 8th they call up and conveyed that the color azure gey is not available as their intent was cancelled by maruti and silky silver is available.
    My question is did maruti actually cancell the intent?
    and why did the representatives conveyed that the car is ready?

    Default Unethical practice by “Saya Automobiles, Model Town, Delhi” to make money

    I booked Maruti Swift (VDi) with Saya Automobiles, Model Town, Delhi on 1st August 2010. At the time of booking, I was told that the car will be delivered in 1 month (other dealers were asking 2 months) and will be delivered before Aug-end. Based on that, I paid the booking payment.

    When I called them in 3rd week of August, I was informed that the agent who made my booking has left the company. The other agent (karan) told that he will try to deliver the car by Aug-end. When I called them in 4th week of August, he told that the delivery cannot be made by Aug-end and he will try to make the delivery by mid-Sep. When I told them about their earlier commitment, he told that the car can be delivered by Aug-end but I will have to buy accessories worth INR 25,000 from them. If not, I will have to wait till mid-Sep. So I decided to wait for two more weeks.

    Now when I called them on 13th Sep, the same agent asked me to wait further. The reason is that as I am not buying car accessories from them so I will have to wait. The wait can be anytime between 2 to 3 months based on the availability. However if, I buy the accessories (min INR 25,000 as the criteria) the car can be delivered only in 2 days!! The agent is not only rude, lied at times but also disconnected the phone when I told him that this is unethical.

    I want to make official complaint about Saya Automobiles about their unprofessional and unethical behavior. As the car is in waiting so they are forcing you to buy accessories from them. If not, it can be endless waiting with some rude agent harassing you.

    Marti Dezire VDi Delivery Problem

    Please hold on your new car booking in to this Dealer, because i went to 3 months back in "Popular Maruti suziki showroom in Chennai, Velachery Branch. The Dealer promised for me with in 1 and half or maximum 2 months we will deliver your vehicle, but that guys more than 3 months still they can not give single info about the vehicle situation, every week i am following one the team leader, that guy can't give a proper information about my query, before i am booking, the dealer persons every day follow me, and we will 100% give your vehicle within 2 months, this is my promise" this kind of word they are used.

    So please do not trust these guys statement, please go and search other dealer and get fast method choose.

    Default Gurantee for Estilo not being given- Allianz Motors

    Sir,

    I had bought an Estilo from Allianz Motors-Kamal Cinema Building-Safderjung Enclave-New Delhi-29, on 11th-OCT-09.

    Car Registration No:- DL-9CV-1152-Black Estilo
    engine no;-F10DN3282957
    Chasis No:-MA3EMD81S00157782.

    1- The Model was 2007 and was given to me in 11th oct-09 and I was told that it is a 2007 model- and shall give me all the benefits of the NEW CAR- Gurantee, new battery as it is an 2007 model and we are selling it in 09.It is a new car

    2- I had taken two cars one for self and one for my sisiter- The Black estilo that I bought myself did not get the Invoice

    3- I got the first service done from Allianz as they were existing.

    4- the second service i took the car to Naraina-Maruti Sales and Sevice on 5th sep-2010- Driven 3000 kms- for which they refused to do the free service asking for the invoice. I rushed to Allianz where they said they have clsoed and will not be able to generate the invoice.

    5-Since the car was due for service I giot it serviced by paying for service, got the new horn- though in Gurantee, wheel alignment and balancing done by paying everything-Job Card no:-JC10051736 datd 5th sep-2010.

    6- Pl help in generating the invoice or giving me a letter that this car in Under Gurantee so that I can get the door lock replaced as it is under Gurantee+ my 2nd free service that I have paid is adjusted in Subsequent service-Paid rs 2895 on 5th sep-2010

    Default Indefinite dalay in maruti swift delay

    This is to bring to your kind notice about the indefinite delay in Maruti Swift LXI delivery booked in the name of Mrs Malini Sheth.

    We had booked the car through Excell Autoivista, Bandra West, mumbai in the month of may and at that point of time only informed them about taking the delivery in September 2nd week. In short ample time of 4 months was given for delivery formalities to be completed. Moreover, one month prior we had reconfirmed the delivery date. But now we have been communicated that there is an indefinite delay in the delivery. According to hindu calender inauspicious month of "shraad" is going to start from 23rd Sep and we cannot take the delivery during these inauspicious days.

    Such a long delay has caused a lot of undue emotional stress to me and my family. These are Ganpati festive days in mumbai and lots of plans had been made for celebrating it with the new car. But because of the delay our festivities has been spoilt and we are under lot of distress.

    Also this episode has caused a lot of bitterness towards the brand marurti and its high promises. A brand of this repute was not expected to behave such shamelessly.

    Post delay in delivery the vechicle model maruti swift vdi

    Dear Sir,
    i am extremely sorry to inform you that being owner of maruti swift bearing no-OR-02AX-3095 had given to Narayani Motors Bhubaneswar, Orissa on dtd.14.09.2010 for minor repair with a comittment to deliver the same within 2 days as because the day after next is "Biswakarma Puja" which is most vital day for us but it is fact of regret that despite of our several requests to Mr.Santosh Ku Das service advisor the said vechicle could not be deliverd in time even after also lapse two days the repair work has not been started thereby i sustain irreparabley loss and due want of vechicle my day to day work is seriously being hamperd. Such type of commitment loss the reputation of Maruti Compny in public esteeme.

    Hence i would request you to intervene in to the mater and necessary action may kindly be taken aginst the concerned service advisior for which i shall be obliged.

    i am sorry to inform you that on dtd.14.09.2010 i had given my maruti swift bearing regd No-OR-02AX-3095 to Narayani Motors, Bhubaneswar, Orissa for minor repairing with a commitment to deliver the same within two days, but it is fact of regret that despite of my several request the said vechicle repairing work could not be started within the time stipulated by Santosh Ku Das service advisor for which the vechicle could not be deliver in time and i have been harassed.
    Hence i would request you to intervene into the matter and necessary action may be taken.

    Default Fault with brand new SX4 car purchased

    I have paid throught the nose to purchase a brand new SXY Zxi (fully loaded). While doing pooja, the body of the left rear view mirror has fallen off. It has ruined the whole experience and everyone is questioning the quality of my car and whether it is some second hand model pushed off to me.

    The dealer who delivered the car to me is Indus Motors (Royapettah, Chennai). I dont care whether the fault is that of the mechanic or the dealer. I have been humiliated at a ver high price and i demand some action be taken.

    I should have simply gone for the Honda City like i originally planned. At least they deliver quality for a high price.
    Maruti SX4 prices appear very overrated for the nonsense service provided.

    Default ritz car accessories

    sir,
    im prashanna raaj , coimbatore. i had booked ritz genus and getting delivery on 19-09-2010. in ABT MARUTHI, RS PURAM , COIMBATORE. A week before i had discuss with the accessries department and ordered to put some acc., in tat car.. they promised to give me all acc., fitted in tat car, on 18-09-2010. i asked the executive whether they fitted all into my car.. so ican get deliverd. he said some we cant provide , we mus t order to head office and it will come after 15 days. i shocked.. i m asking the question tat why they didnt ordered before when i choose those accessries.?
    wat type of guys they are? purchasing car of rs.5 lakh and odd.. thy r not treating me as a customer ..!
    worst dealer ship of maruthi !
