    Default TR Sawhney Motors Pvt.Ltd, worst service provider

    Dear Sir,
    I have a Maruti Alto LXi car Registration No- DL9CP-5942. I stay at Rohini Sector-11 (Delhi) so I prefer to go to TR Sawhney Motors Pvt.Ltd (Badli workshop opposite sector-18 Rohini) for servicing and other job works. Last week I sent my car for servicing and got back yesterday evening. Please excuse for my language but I have no Idea what kind of Micky Mouse business those people are running, I mean the service they provide was Pathetic. Today while going to office lot of smoke and burning smell was coming from steering wheel. I paid 12000.00 Rs (Twelve Thousand Rs) for service Invoice No- BR10004677 Dated 30-4-2010. Job card no- 10011419, I told them about all the problems like Stiff Steering, Knocking sound everything and still my steering is not working properly, one of the wiper park above bonnet and other one inside bonnet, half wiper blade was also missing, one rear side door lock was broken and the car was not even washed and when I asked they said they will do the washing again. On top of all they sold me AMC package worth 3000 Rs yesterday. Any ways this smoke/burning thing is bothering me a lot, I hope it won’t blow out like the kind of burning accidents happening these days. I need some visible action on this; I don’t think they have done all the jobs I paid for so I need a third party audit too. I hope I don’t have to go consumer court for this, please do the needful and oblige.

    Default regarding compain for not getting repair of astar vxi

    respected sir
    this is to inform u that my a star bearing no BR 1AM 6739 were got damaged as result of which my engine chamber were broken and i have given my car to ur dealer BEEKAY MOTORS SILLIGURI WEST BENGAL since last month they are telling me that parts are not avilable n also in gurgaon factory there is not availble as at the time of giving my car they given me written that with in ten days it will be repair.

    Default Complain against Gopal Auto Service, Kalyani, W.B., India

    Sir,
    I have a Maruti Omni No.WB26C9758, and all the four servicing has been done at Gopal Auto Service Centre, Kalyani, W.B., India, but they have taken out all tool kits (jacks and other things), car stereo remote from my car at the time of washing and after repeated request they are not returning these, even I send my driver by person to collect,yet they said that they wouldsearch for the same and inform me, though from December 2009 till date I have not received any information from their end. They also took my service record book on March 2009 at the time of second servicing, but did not return it at the time of fourth servicing at December 2009. I am working as an officer at IDBI Bank, so I am very busy to go and follow up all these with them because it is very time consuming, I have to spend all the day there. It is not expected to be harrassed by your authorised service centre like this, I am very much disappointed with your service centre, they always assure that we will look into the matter and inform you but never any informationcomes from their side. Will you please look into the matter and arrange to return my belongings to me or I have to change my car brand, because my nearest Maruti Service Centre is that Gopal Auto and I don't want to be harrassed by them. Please do something and inform accordingly.

    Default Poor Ethics and Conduct - Agent Mr Jaspal Singh,Modern Automobiles, AMBALA CANTT

    Dear Mr Nikhil,
    1. This is in reference to LS 951(Maruti Alto booked by self on behalf of Retd Col D D Pathak on 23 April 10 with Modern Auto, Ambala through CSD, Ambala).
    2. I am a maruti car user and holder since 1999 and have been holding your Company in High Esteem until I went through certain forms of 'Poor Ethics and Conduct' from the Agent, Mr Jaspal Singh.
    2. The first instance of harrasment I went through was during the time lag between booking and collection of Maruti Swift LDI on behalf of Major Pyush Bisht in Dec 09- Jan 10. The second instance - I am going through now for Alto Car of Col DD Pathak.
    3. I, on behalf of Col Pathak, deposited the draft, along with the reqd documents, at CSD Ambala on 23 Apr 10 and the same day handed over the completed papers received from the CSD to Mr Gaurav, working with Modern Auto and looking after the CSD sales. I and Col Pathak, who is based at Haldwani, were assured by Mr Gaurav/ Mr Jaspal that the car would be delivered within a week's time and that they would get back to us. Well, they never got back. In fact, once the papers are received by them, I have experienced that, they never get back to you as their agent commission is ensured. Therefore, with no choice left, Ias wellas col pathak, had been speaking to Mr Jaspal on telephone and checking the likely date of delivery. On friday the 30th April, when I checked the progress from Mr Jaspal, he informed that the car had started from the Company and shall be reaching soon. This information was also given by him to Col Pathak when Col Pathak enquired about the delivery from him on friday.
    4. Accordingly, Col Pathak, along with Mrs Pathak, made their rail reservation to travel from Haldwani. Since Saturday ie 01st may 10, I have been ringing up Mr Jaspal, who on some pretext or the other has not been providing me latest progress and also avoiding my calls. Ultimately, I called up the Modern Auto ( Mr Rajesh) today, who informed me that the said Car has not yet started from the Company but hopefully it should be delivered by Thirsday/Friday ie 6th/7th May 10.
    5. From the above, it is eveident that the agent, Mr Jaspal, has been providing incorrect information as also failing to provide the services that an agent is reqd to provide and for which he is receiving the commission. By these actions, he is spoiling the image of the Dealer as well as the Company. Your Company prides itself of following 'Good Ethics and Conduct' in its website but I am afraid that it has been reflected in very poor form by the agent, Mr Jaspal Singh, working with Modern Auto.
    6. Therefore, it would be fair if Mr Jaspal's agents commission is withheld and necessary actions be taken as deemed fit so that the customers are not harrased as also the image and name of the Dealer and the Company are not spoiled.

    Sub : Complaint regarding deficiency in services

    I am having a Esteem car VXi BS-III bearing registration no.HR 03 H 5211. I bought my car from M/s Berkeley Automobiles Ltd, Panchkula on 13th Nov,2006. I have been getting my car insurance from the same dealer.

    I went to there workshop on 12.5.2010 to avail complimentary coupon vide coupon no. D0151009/12 valid from Nov’09 to Nov’10 which includes the following :
    1). Washing and cleaning
    2). Wheel balancing and also for wheel rotation
    3). Wheel alignment .

    I visited the workshop at 9.30 am and they took my car inside, but regret to mention that even after more than two and half hours nothing substantial was done to my satisfaction regarding :
    1). Washing and cleaning : still pending and I got it done from M/s Modern Automobiles by paying them Rs.250/- vide Bill No. BC10001471 dt 17.5.2010

    2). Wheel balancing and rotation: I don’t know about wheel balancing but regarding wheel rotation they fit back the same tyres to the same position even after removing them and the negligence was accepted by the supervising staff.

    3). Wheel alignment : There was only a single person who was taking care of wheel balancing and alignment on that day and who seemed to be confused probably due to work load. After undergoing such harassment I got it done from M/s Wheel Dress NAC, Manimajra and paid Rs.250/- for alignment vide Bill No. 0002859 dt 14.5.2010.

    And please instruct your dealers not to issue such coupons as this leads to unnecessary frustration and this will defame your reputation.

    So, I would request you to look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful.

    Default JOB - JC10002654: Pathetic service quality provided by the Vipul Motors Sec-3, Noida

    Please refer to Job no JC10002654 ( Invoice no BR10001189) provided by Vipul Motors Sec-3, Noida.

    I had given my Maruti Swift D'zire Car to Vipul Motors Sec-3, Noida on 22.05.2010 for dry cleaning and some other minor repair like noise in left side window.

    After almost full day, when I received my car, to my shock (not surprise) I found that the left side door was so stiff that it could only be closed after I utilized my full strength (I'm a bournvita champ, so was able to close the door, no normal person would be able to close the door even if he utilized his full strenghth ).
    But, this did not come as surprise to me as VIPUL MOTORS, SEC-3, NOIDA has made us used to their ways (i.e. such kind of pathetic service). Here'sa brief of my journey since purchase of my Swift D'zire -

    It is my first car, so it's a darling and part of my heart lies with it, even a scratch on it takes my heart out.

    First Car Service - the person who came to collect the car, gave it the first ever scratch. You can understand what I went through then.

    Gear lock problem - I don't know how they placed the gear lock, using it freed the gear. After giving it for service, my gear has not been the way it used to be and as you may have guessed (ek ke saath ek free, my clutch started giving a weird sound). It was so smooth previously, not any more. When I asked them to set it right, they say that there is this problem with every D'zire.
    See how they are maligning the reputation of company...

    And the story goes on and on and on...

    We handover our hard-earned possession with trust, but what we get in return...

    Harsandeep,

    I have heard a lot about the unethical practices by T.R Sawhney in Delhi and they have been harrasing their clients ever since. You can sew them for breach of promise to deliver under Section 73 in The Indian Contract Act, 1872 .

    If he has given you a delivery date to deliver the RC then he needs to do it. Its been a long time for you . You easily sew him and ask for compensation as well. Also, such matters are cleared very quickly by the courts

    I AM A MARUTI CUSTOMER FOR THE PAST 20 YRS AND LOYALLY STUCK TO MARUTI TO HELP THE SAFE TRANSIT OF MY GROWING FAMILY IN MARCH 4/ 2010
    WHEN I TOOK KEYS OF A NEW DEZIRE ZDI ....quite unfortunately on march 26 i met with a head on crash with bus running with
    no headlights at night and suffered survived a life threatening situation both humorous fractured ,mandible fracture and dental avuls
    ions 4 and left femur fracture all requiring a week of ICU care and total 20 days of hospitalisation and need 6 months to
    get back to work(loss of pay) .My car had all "safety" features like air bags ,collapsible steering ......the truth
    being that the opened bags immediately on impact burst empty the gas released burnt a finger ,the steering did not collapse :
    my hands did that ...... please help me fight inspite of my broken hands leg &jaw.... better i had rather died for maruthi...

    Default Dealy in delivery car keys

    Dear sir,

    i lost my car ( Alto - 2009 model) keys on 19th may . I approached to Magic Auto Moti nagar delhi workshop. I was told to get car keys from Maruti in 4-5 days. i called up on 25th may to get the car keys , i was told that the store department got the complaints on 21st may instead of 19th may. hence i am supposed to wait a few days more( probably 2-3 days). i felt that there is no difference in a government office and Magic Auto office. the store department getting information after 36 hrs.

    Unhappy fraud committed

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This has reference to Maruti Desire (diesel) purchased by me on 08.05.10 vide invoice no. 13384,Engine no. D13 A 1401372, through M/s Berkley Automobile (dealer code K 301), Panchkula. Prior to buying this car I was really loyal customer of Maruti since 1988 but I am really sorry to state that after purchasing this car I have lost my total faith in the company & I feel totally cheated & don’t feel like driving this car.
    I booked my car in the month of 6 th January ’10 & I was told that the delivery time is approx. 3 months to which I agreed .After repeated follow ups after 3 months ,I got confirmation in the first week of may(after 4 months) that my car has reached their warehouse & can take delivery within 7 days of the said vehicle after depositing Rs. 50000 more ,since my loan was getting approved in 2-3 days. When I approached the dealership along with my insurance agent & asked them to provide me the chasis number /engine number for getting insurance cover. To my surprise they told me that we have already done insurance from the Rs. 50,000 amount which was deposited 7 days back without taking any consent from me & without my knowledge .When I asked them that legally they cannot issue cover note before making invoice & this is my right to get my vehicle insured from the company of my choice but I got very vague & rude answer that it is company policy that only Maruti will do the insurance .I was getting quotation of Rs. 13000 from some pvt.insurance company whereas Maruti did the insurance at Rs. 15185 (Rs2200 more).When I objected to the same I was told that we cannot deliver the vehicle without this,so I was forced to purchase the vehicle with this FRAUD & on your terms & condition .When I got delivery of vehicle I was shocked to see that insurance date was current date & not the date which was told to me.
    Secondly Rs. 2000 logistic charges were levied on me whereas I was not provided any justification/receipt for the same.
    Thirdly I was forcefully given additional warranty by taking extra money from me.
    Fourthly the chasis number /engine number on the file issued on the my name was different than the car delivered to me .
    With all these episodes I feel that company has committed a fraud with me & I have lost total faith in the company .I don’t feel like using the car & I have lost charm of driving a new vehicle from my hard earned money. I am using Maruti vehicles since last 22 years & I think after this bitter experience ,neither I will buy any Maruti vehicle in my life nor I will be able to recommend this vehicle to anybody if proper justice is not given to me.I am really disturbed with the company behavior & way of working .I am sure that if the same thing continues ,the popularity of the brand will come down very soon.
    I am writing this mail with a hope that company still have values & will investigate the complete episode & ‘ll do justice for the mental disturbance & financial loss which I have incurred in last 20 days.

    Default Fake Commitment & Dealer Attitude

    I hade Purchased Alto Excite on 6th Oct from Eakansh Wheels, Ambala. At the time of Purchase i was assured by sales manager that i'll purchase 1 spoiler and give it to them and they will paint that spoiler as the token from showroom so that i can purchase the car from them not from their another dealer. At the day of purchase spoiler was not available at showroom so they said when it will come then they will paint it and fit it to my car. After calling them thousands of time getting unlimited no. of excuses i didn't got it. The name of That person was Mr. Kamlesh and Mr. Lekhraj. when i didn't got any response i have called their showroom as weel concerned persons but again result was 0 then i personally gone to their showroom which is more then 30 kms. one side from my home to meet the owner of that showroom so called their MD but Mr. MD was so busy that he denied to meet on this chapter as well their showroom manager Ms. Ruchi also said that she talked with Mr. Kamlesh and he denied that he commited.

    Just see the group they not listening to the customer after selling their product in simple ways they are not bothering about anytging. I'm surprised to see the attitude and the commitment level of the dealers which Maruti has Authorised inresult of all this episode that on 6th of June,10 i'm gifting i20 to my sister on her wedding where it was finalised Swift Desire just because of this attitude which i faced of the Maruti Dealer.

    I really Appreciate 1 Man Show of Maruti.

    Dear All,

    We all are writing complains here but dont know how effective they are..?? but as the companies are negligent towards consumer issues we all are running here and there to get some which includes me..

    on the hope that some one can see this and help me out I am also posting my help.. pray to god that some one will help..

    I booked Maruti Dzire ZXi with KTL Ltd Lucknow and the date committed by them was 3 rd june.. and see the proffesionalism till 2 nd of june they are promising that they will deliever the car before the committed date. and on 2 nd june they sent a letter stating that they only have white color with them and if I need the colour of my choice I have to wait for one more month.


    When I have contacted GM of KTL he informed me that he is unable to deliver the car as he is not getting the smae from Maruti.

    if these people are not able to fulfill there commitment why they are doing that..

    also the bigest Irony is no one from maruti is taking any onus.. neither they are interested in talking to customer there is only one mode to reach maruti is Any time Maruti contact centre. where you can register your complain and then forget.. no one will respond you..

    I had also tried to call Maruti RO but all in vein the TL is not even comming on phone..

    Request you all to please guide and help..

    Default Car on fire

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I had give my Maruti Wagon R Deo for regular paid service but during the service my car went into flames due to some spark which ignited the car. Fortunately engine is safe only the wiring & all rubber items burned.Although the dealer agreed to replace all the burnt items free of charge and ensuring that nothing will happen and the car is safe but I am scared. Is it possible to sue the dealer for negligence and ask for replacement instead of repaired. For your reference my car is well maintained. I give it to service on every 5000 kms. The car is now 2 and half year old and travelled 46000 kms.

    Default Maruti A-Star Car-Uncomfortable Driving

    Sub: Maruti A-Star –Reg.No.KA41 N 3860 –Date-3rd Jun 2010. 7th Jun 2010

    I had a Maruti 800 1996 model. After enquiry I found the sales talk from Maruti car dealers and various reports I found Maruti-A star may be suitable for exchange of my old vehicle. Accordingly I called Sagar Automobiles Bannerghatta Road for giving me a drive trial.
    A short trial on a busy road taken –the trial run was ok-but not comfortable.
    I was told after practice I will able to adjust to the new car.

    I took the delivery of the vehicle on 3rd June 2010.

    On long drive I have noticed the following defects:-

    1.The driver seat is very uncomfortable especially for woman driver of 5ft-5ft 2 in. tall
    After adjusting the seat to extreme front and adjusting back rest to max.front position
    The leg could not reach the clutch pedal/brake/accelerator pedal comfortably and the heal does not touch the floor. This creates fear of driving and the confidence level goes down.

    2. The rear passenger seats are narrow and leg room is low sitting very uncomfortable.

    3.The boot space very minimum even one suitcase of medium size could not be accommodated.

    4. The fuel gauge is hidden on the main meter and very difficult to read the fuel level.

    This one is my 3rd.Maruti car and I have been driving Maruti -800 and Omni for the past 20 yrs.and I am very much satisfied with the performance and the driving comforts.
    This A-Star has completely shattered my faith in Maruti and I am in a fix searching for a solution.

    The points have been discussed with the dealer –Sagar Automobiles- and requested them to return my old Maruti 800 and take back this A-Star car. They informed me that my car has been sold and I will not get back the old car. The have also suggested to modify the driver’s –this will done by car mechanics.
    I have already complained to your Customer Care Re. Feed back No.9274865168 to day.She promised me it will be sent to you and I will hear from you.
    I am a retired person and underwent by pass sugery.The car is driven by my wife.
    Kindly go through the above letter and give me a suitable replacement which can be driven by a woman of 5ft tall.

    Being an international company and caring for customers I hope you will find a solution to my problem

    Default regading poor service for my vehicle

    dear sir,
    this is purushothaman.v i am using swift VDI - TN 22 BA - 3034. For last 2.5 yrs, i had given my vehicle for servicing in maruti service masters- Ekkatthaangal, but iam not satisfied with your service, right now the power steering is not working, the mileage was droppen i had alreadytold about this issue to the service centre and given the vehicle for two times but the problem was not solved. again we are facing the same complaint in the vehicle. please do some fast reaction in this issue. it is not able to drive my vehicle for the last 2 houirs. i am not ready to go for the service centre .so only i am informing you do the need ful.
