    SIR,
    I AM RAJESH. I bought a MARUTHI EECO CAR (REG NO. KL 44 A 6760)in previous year from POPULAR MARUTHI SERVICE KOTHAMANGALAM, ERNAKULAM DIST KERALA, INDIA. After three or four months the alignment of both front tyre's are bery bad. The inner side of both tyres are partially finished. We reported two times about the issue to the Manager (Mr. ROY Popular Maruthi Service) of the service section. First time they check the alighment and after the same issuerepeated. and the second time he asked me "he will give two new front tyres after finish this". Now he will not accept his word. Now both the front tyres are finished and we use the steppini in one side. The same problem repeated in our vehicle. So please solve our issue.

    Default doubting about genuinity of clutch of maruti waganor duo

    sir i have purchased a waganor duo lpg in the month of dec at saboo motors malakpet and serviced at uppal show room service station twise. it has ran 2000km only suddenly my car stoped engine was on but unable to move when gears are applied. when called uppal service station they told that my cluth plates have completly worn out. this has happend one month after second service how is it possible? i have driving experience of 2years sir my complaint is weather the show room room people have given a car with a defective clutch or service station uppal people have changed it. i am planning to go to consumer phorum regarding this.     Dear Sir,

    I have a Maruti Eeco 5 seater from 24.03.2011. For last 6 months, I am having problem on wheel alignments along with tire. I am trying to contact the local Maruti service centers for solution. But every time I have been disappointed with no service at all even within warranty period.

    I sincerely hope that a solution would be provided for my problem within the warranty period. If not then, I have to alternative but to face you in court.

    Default misbehave n loss

    estimate given - 7000
    actual bill - 8600
    during service they broken the wheel cap n refused to replace when after paying the bill i refused to take my car back next day they replaced it n ask me to take d delivery but now if i will go to take delivery i have to waist 700 more as the dealer is 40 kms from my home n also their worker misbehaved with us

    Dear Sir,
    I had booked my Alto K10 LXI car on 31st July-2012 from Apra Auto,Vasant Kunj Branch and promised to get new car July Made within week but when they took 20 days and after that tried to give me FEB made car I just could not accept that.
    Now,AGM Jyoti Kumar harassing me and she is saying I have cancelled your car booking now book new one for this month and you have to pay extra Rs 5000/- according to this month's scheme.She was just shameless and not accepting her fault and Now,I in mid of the crisis because of the loan,I can not cancell it .That will be big loss to me because of bank deductions etc.

    Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Default Problem of Heavy Wear out of Front Tyre of Maruti Swift Dezire

    SIR, I AM SANJAY KUMAR SINHA. I bought a MARUTI SWIFT DEZIRE VDI in 2008 year from PREMSONS MOTOR ,KANKE ROAD ,RANCHI JHARKHAND INDIA. After three or four months the alignment of both front tyre's were bery bad. The inner side of both the front tyres were partially finished. I reported after every three months about this issue to Maintenance manager of service of PREMSONS MOTOR Every Time they check the alighment from Warranty Period and assured this time the problem will be solved, but every time the problem remained same. They had suggested to change the tyres as it has worn out , I had Purchased New 5 Tyres ,but noe both the front tyre again worn Out. I had Lodged a written complain ATM no-5294384654 dtd 31st july 2012, I had again given the vehical they have changed both the front bearing and charged Rs 4600/ Till now I have paid more than 20000 Rs as repairing charges and 25000 Rs for the Tyres. The problem is still as it is and again they are asking to bring the vehical so that they can make money.I need the permanent solution and Maruti should replace the damaged parts and pay the componsation of Rs 50000/ as I had sufferd the above loss due to manufacturing defect.     Default Complaint regarding the garaging vehicle - reg.

    Sir,
    My car " Maruti SX4 ZDI" had garaged in the body workshop of Sarathy autocars garage at Ayathil, Kollam on 16.8.12 for replacement of front fender panel (RH) due to a minor accident. The SA informed that the panel is not readily available with them and so avaialability will be varified and will be informed when the vehicle can be returned. Next day i expect for the call from SA, but no response. So i called him on 18.8.12 morning and SA replied that the spare received and so vehicle can be delivered in two days. I waited for nxt two days and since no call from SA, i contacted SA on 22.8.12 at noon and he inturn replied that vehicle is ready. It reveals that in spite of repeated assurance, he didn't make a call, even wen the vehicle was ready for delivery.
    I took it on 22.8.12 by 7pm from the gate keeper. Further more the following doubts may be cleared.
    1. I have complained of wiper. They have replaced the 2 wiper set as such and charged Rs(308.37+192.95). Whether the rubber beeding alone need to be replaced or the set as such.
    2.In the bill, the total amount comes Rs.2300/-. But Net bill amount is wriiten as Rs.4919/-. How?
    3.Washing and moping is not properly done. This is the 3rd time that the vehicle has been garaged in the same garage within a span of one year. In all the time the cleaning was not properly carried out. This time also i mentioned about it. But not only cleaning was not done properly but dash board was seen with soil. It was very disappoining.
    I never like to visit sarathy auto cars for any service. So pls do the needful.

    Maruti Service Sucks , Acer Motor Hyderebad delays, Maruti Managers no help,

    Its time we realize the poor build quality of new Maruti cars and move on to other brands. I have a Ritz Vxi, AP10AT0796 just above 2 years old but only 30000 km. On a highway it completely broke down. First the power steering stopped working and then the car just stopped. It was most torrid time I had with no help around. After a long wait the Acer Hyderabad service people came and with all the usual waiting period they announced that the alternator had conked off. As I did not have extended warranty though I had not run 40000 km yet, they refused to help me.After explaining them that its a core manufacturing defect and not something that you can blame on rough handling or bad driving, they said they will speak to the manager. 2 days went and I was left to move in Autos and Buses :-). Finally I had to call their TSM-Mahesh Gore, who first said he will look into it. Then next day he also quiet insensitively spoke of all policies etc and categorically denied any help. All this took 4 days and multiple calls to the service center -ACER Motors.Still no resolution and only empty promises and directionless guidance.

    An important component like an alternator failing so early is a clear indication of the poor quality product Maruti is making. In addition to that their service is very poor and you can never expect any quality and superior help from a company which claims to be customer friendly. It was a brutal awakening call for me. I would encourage all fellow members and who ever is reading this to open their eyes to the fact that other than being the oldest car manufacturer in the country, Maruti is only producing low quality products and their claim to be customer friendly etc is hallow because whenever it comes to delivering value, they always fail miserably.

    I feel helpless as the failure of the component is a manufacturing issue and I have no control over it. If it was a clutch pad, brake lining or shock-up related problem, I would have taken the blame and went ahead with the service. But here i feel completely cheated and feel I bought an inferior product. I don't know if anyone can advise on what I can do about it.

    Sub: Extremely Bad behavior and Providing the wrong information By Mr Vinay Sharma from APRA Maruti Rewari

    I am using the MARUTI SWIFT VDI Model. I live in Rewari and work in Gurgaon, This is my 4th CAR from MARUTI, I took all the Cars from REWARI only, from APRA AUTO(INDIA) PVT. LTD.

    Last week my Martui SWIFT run over the Speed Breaker, The speed was only 20-30KMPH, and some issue happened in CAR, the TURBO section in Engine.
    I went to MARUTI APRA Rewari for work, initially told me the expense around 28000INR by the Inspection Team. I discussed about the Insurance with my insured company, they told that it will be covered under INSURANCE.

    On 25th of AUG i visited the MARUTI APRA Rewari Show room, for inspection, But the General Manager of Mechanical Dept. Mr. VINAY Sharma, told the expense will be minimum 50000INR, we told him only 28000INR idea was given , then how it can go up to minimum 50000INR, He started talking like a VULGAR, My family is a educated family, my father was with me, (Mr Father is a SHO in Police and My brother is a LAWYER, But we want action to be taken by MARUTI Team only), and he was almost shouting with people around. Then Mr Sandeep(Advisor Engineer) was standing there and he intruppted to Mr. VINAY SHARMA that the charges will not go more than 28000INR, Mr GM VINAY Sharma, shouted on him and told why you are telling this thing to us. Mr SHARMA told 5-6 new parts that went bad, But Sandeep Told to his manager that , These parts are ok. Mr VINAY was in full anger mode and he was not talking to us in a educated manner, He has very bad nature and uneducated unprofessional behavior, We are trusting on MARTUI thats why we have 4 cars from MARUTI and still this is happning. We are planning to go to consumer Court against this. Please take this issue at PRIORITY and gave us some solution.

    We are really expecting to got the Insurance covered back and we want a written apology letter from Mr Vinay Sharma. I heard from other people also working in MARUTI APRA Rewari itself on the same day, They were also very bad memories with Mr VINAY Sharma, People has trust on MARUTI and Please take this issue seriously and take some action against Mr Vinay Sharma.

    Default Fitting of Wrong oil filter and harassment by the dealer and customer care represenatives

    Sub:-
    1. Providing /Fitting a Non Specific Oil Filter Bearing no. Suzuki 16510M68K00 during the routine free service of Maruti Zen Estilo RJ -20 CB 9833 at Bhatia and company workshop Kota.
    2. Harassment at Chaksu on the part of Maruti Customer Care Center (18004200) for complaint registered vide no. 618123 dt 25-08-2012.
    3. Reimbursement of claim on account of damage caused on 25-8-12 due to unmatched oil filter at Lalsot during the journey from Kota to Jaipur via Sawai-Madhopur- Lalsot- Kotun- Chaksu- Jaipur.

    Dear Sir,

    In view of the subject cited above it is to bring to your notice that the Dealer Bhatia & Company. at Kota and KP automotives at Chaksu have failed to maintain the sprit of Maruti Suzuki slogans reproduced as under:
    (A) “ Genuine Peace of Mind with Maruti Genuine Parts”
    (B) “ Caring for Customers”
    (C) “Call 24 Hours Maruti On Road Service at 18004200”
    As I had to come across an embarrassing situation because of unmatched filter as at item (i) and harassed at Chaksu as at item no. (ii) above as per subject.

    It is stated:-
    1. That, during the journey under taken from Kota to Jaipur on 25.8.12 via Sawai Madhopur – Lalsot – Kothun – Chaksu, unmatched oil filter damaged around 8 pm at Kared Bujurg near Kothun resulting draining of Engine Oil. On advise of customer care centre, the said Car by toeing up was shifted, some how with the help of the local people of village Kared Bujurg.
    2. That, on Reaching Chaksu around 10.30 pm as advised by customer care centre the authorized person of Maruti dealer KP Automotives, Chaksu was contacted on mobile no. 9928451516, who suggested to hand over Car to the guard but no one turned up till 11.30 pm.
    3. That, on repeated telephonic request/ pursuance with Sh. Amit , Sh. Nikhil, Sh. Gaurav, etc of customer care center during at 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm the complaint was some how registered vide no. 618123 at 10.47 pm. And lastly at 11.30 pm to stay on road at Chaksu as no assistant can be provided before 9 clock of 26.08.12. Even after requesting about my self being Heart patient accompanied with 80 years old mother and wife by is not possible to stay hold night Aloof, no action was taken which is against Maruti Slogan “ Call 24 hours Maruti on road service”.
    4. That, there was no way out left, I had to arranged some skilled mechanic from Jaipur, who attended the break down and restore the vehicle by providing required matched oil filler and filling up with specific engine oil at about 2.30 pm on 26.08.12.

    From above, it is inferred:
    1. That, authorized dealer at Kota has no provided the specific oil filter which is against the slogan “Genuine Peace of Mind with Maruti Genuine Parts”.
    2. That, authorized dealer at Chaksu did not extend cooperation in restoring the vehicle, which is against the slogan “ Caring for Customer”.
    3. That the person of Customer Care center are reluctant to register customer grievances which is not in accordance with Maruti Slogan “Call 24 Hours Maruti On Road Service at 18004200” .

    As the Vehicle restore at my on level please reimburse the charges paid amounting to Rs. 3490/- as under :-
    1. Toeing up from Kared Bujurg to Chaksu– Rs. 800/-.
    2. Oil Filter - Rs 90/-
    3. Engine Oil - Rs. 1100/-
    4. Labor and journey charges To & Fro - Rs. 1500/-
    Total - Rs. 3490.00

    Default Irregularities in services at Kota Authorised Maruti workshop in the name of Bhatia & Co.

    Dear Sir,On 29.08.2012 I had gone for getting my Maruti 800 for servicing and rectification of minor dents on the door to Bhatia & Co an authorised Maruti dealer at Kota.I had deposited my car at around 9:30 in the morning.The shop supervisor said that gate need to be changed and denting is not possible.On my insistance on repairing the supervisor after repeated request accepted my demand and brought a persons stating to be an expert in the said field.He quoted the price of repair for Rs 3500/-.I asked him the cost of new gate it was said that it will cost Rs 3500/- with insurance claim.As expected I declined to get the denting done as it was too costly. However I gave them the vehicle for general paid services.To my surprise when I picked up my vehicle at 14:30 hrs after paying my bill no. BC12005106 dated 29.08.2012 it was not washed although the charges were included in the bill.On inquiring it was said that since you were in hurry so we did not washed as it was not possible to do it in such a limited time .But when asked about the charges it was said that this will be done at next oppotunity.
    When the vehicle was taken finally it was not smooth and was giving jerks on my way back to Rawatbhata which is 50km from Kota.On telling the problem the supervisor has no answer .
    Manipulation and cheating customers who are going for paid services at Authorised workshop atBhatia & Co, Kota Rajasthan has terribly disappointed Maruti customer at Rawatbhata which owns approximately 2000 cars . You may please pass on thie complaints to Maruti.

    Default Harrasement by maruti

    I got my Maruti Wagon R CNG UP 14 BP 7075 Regularly serviced by Motor Craft, Modinagar (Ghaziabad), Last check on 20/08/2012 for the complaint of Less pick up . They checked & asked me Don’t worry, all is well. It was a free Service. According to their checks and limitations they did the servicing. I am surprised to say that my vehicle has not even run for 200 kms .On 27-08-2012, i was going to Moradabad, on the way my vehicle mobile oil comes out Automatically without any reason. I had stopped my car & parked in the Road side. Afterwards pick a Crane & to-chain that vehicle to Regent Automobiles, Meerut Road , Ghaziabad. They Inspected the aforesaid Vehicle, & told me we that the block was damaged. I asked him to change, they said to me they will change it in warranty.
    After that, i will wait for 02 of september 2012, they told me we are waiting for approval.
    After getting harassments from the workshop. Then i took the mobile no of your D S N Mr Gopesh gupta,I call on their cell on 03-09-2012, morning, they picked the call , after understanding my problem. They told me to call after an hour. then, after an hour, i called up him again. They told me to call in the noon. then i called up again. at last in the evening he told me that we will not change that part in warranty, that u have to pay Rs,35000 - 40,000. to get ur vehicle repaired.
    Now tell me Sir, whats the use of purchasing this nation made first, well popular brand of India.
    I want to say, that I will not Lift my vehicle without repaired in warranty otherwise u please keep ur scrap vehicle.
    Kindlly look into this matter before taking any legal action.

    Default maruti refuses to change a part in warranty period

    My car, swift dzire VDI is purchased on june 2012, & the car has done 6500 kms since today, some noice in suspension was coming in my car so I given my car at service centre at shivam autozone ,kandiwali (w), mumbai, after checking my vehicle they told that ythe noice is coming due to the bush of stearing rack assembly, & we will try to replace from maruti , but later on they said maruti refuses to replace, I dont know how can maruti refuse to replace a part if it is damaged in a warranty period,&the car has done just 6500 kms. & Just 3 month old, I have to pay the cost of the part which was 7377 rupees incl service tax. I M really shocked when I come to know that,the company with such a good reputation can cheate the cutomer like this, I have kept the old part to show it to maruti & claim my money back. So please help me to solve my problem
