    This is nishi bansal owner of maruti swift ldi .I bought is on 16 june 2010.my car registration no. is HR51 AH 9309 .Since last month the clutch is not working properly .I have given it for checking more than 4 times within a month and they have taken more than ten thousand rupees for correcting it but still the condition is same .Now the turbo is also leaking but noone is there to listen and its in warrenty.The clutch stops working when the car is running which might cause accident and you would be responsible for it.I am mently harressed by the action of vipul motors faridabad.I have business relationship with them and have taken three cars from them within two years but this kind of response would let me go towards hyundai or other.I just want my car to made working otherwise i would have to send an official lettor to the company issued by the court.

    Dear sir :
    I have purchased maruti a-star zxi from Champion cars on 08/10/10 silver colour by exchanging my maruti 800 car. my choice was earlier to buy hundai santro but i go for a star after being convinced by showroom sales mans that this is the best car in its class and that time i also had a test drive and found car good.


    problem starts after first day i purchased car, while putting car in second gear after some time it started making some noise which gets increased regularly. i thought it was due to new car and will not repeat in future. but problem occured almost everyday after driving car for few kms. it happened only after we drive car for minimum 10 kms. i also informed to showroom people but they told it can be due to new car and gave me assurance every time. also it has problem with ac which gets low and high fan pressure when v increase the speed of fan to 3 & 4.


    also the gear shifting is very tight, it goes smooth after service but maintain only for 2-3 days, Pick up of car is not at all satisfactory in second gear it goes like hell low and slow.


    i went to jaipur after 20 days, this was the first time i took car for long drive and found the problem increased a lot while driving car in second gear my whole family got disturbed as we were enjoying the drive that time.


    at the time of my first service, i also again told service incharge regarding my problem, he joined me for a test drive to analyse the problem but at that time car did well as the problem occurs after driving car min 10-15 kms. he told me that there is no problem in car and he will look after is there is any. i got assured again, i took the car after service and found it well but i got shocked after i got again that noise louder while driving car i again went to dealer and service incharge for the first time obseved that there is some problem but he was unable to diagnose the problem.


    he told me to leave the car and he will get checked the cause of problem after one day leaving car with him he informed me that this could be the problem of water body which will be replaced by the company. i said ok kindly change it but he told me that this part is out of stock and they will get it after 10-15 days. he assured me to inform as soon as they get the spare part i was convinced to leave from their.


    in that period i went to jaipur, udaipur and many other places but the problem gets increased higher everyday but i waited for long about 30 days but no response from dealer side finally i phoned to dealer regarding the spare then they told me that spare has finaly come and bring car to get it fixed.


    i again took the car they fixed the water body spare into my car and told me that there is now no problem with the car i got convinced again and took my car back, for the first two days car did well without making any noise i was happy that finally i got problem solved but my happiness didnt go too long as after 3 days again that problem shocked me and i was such embarrased. i was now very much disappointed with the company and again complained to the dealer again they told me to leave car for one day so that they will change every part of engine with the demo car spares to diagnose the real problem.


    still my car is with the dealer and now i am very much disappointed with the company that was my favorite as i used to be the proud owner of maruti 800 earlier from which i was very well satisfied. but after i got this car purchased i am mentally and financially
    harassed.
    i have also shown this car to m/s prem cars, silar road jaipur after i got call from them. they also joined me for a test drive and found problem genuine. i was assured by them that they have diagnosis the prblem and get it solved within 3 days, for this i have to leave the car at their work shop.
    i leaved the car and came to bhilwara by bus, i then visited jaipur after 7 days and found my car serviced. i ran car for 20 kms and i found problem repeated again very loud...now i got shocked and reverted to prem cars for the problem. they told me to bring the car back and they will get it checked but i reached bhilwara and fed up of this problem...
    i request company to provide me a new car which is defect less as i am paying full money for that and still want to have this company my favorite. i used to faith maruti a lot but this incident demolished faith, i i took loan and also i gave my car in exchange bonus to true value and also gave some cash payment to the company.


    i regret to my decision to buy maruti a-star zxi, i feel oblige and satisfied if company exchange my existing car with a new car (DEFECT LESS)...
    problems are very much with this car i urge company to compensate my mental and money losses at earliest.

    if your facing soo many problems with you maruti a-star i suggest you should either contact Maruti at their CRM number 1800 1800 180 or email them at contact@maruti.co.in Im sure they will tend to your every problem and provide you with an appropriate solution.

    Dear sir,

    i have given my accidental wagon-r (dl 5cf 8122 ) for repair to tanisha motor services (maruti authorised service station ) situated at 32 dlf, industrial area, main nazafgarh road, (opp. Matro piller no.315) moti nagar, new delhi-15.

    It was given to them on 6.11.11 and now it is 17.11.11 today. Till date they have not repaired my wagon-r. I have spent lot of money on hired vehicals loss of business as well.

    We had chosen maruti car inspite of hundai recomendation, now we are regretting on our decision.

    We were planning another maruti car for younger brother but after experiencing this torturing like moments my mind is switching to hundai again.

    I have brought a Zen Estilo on Jun 2010 and it was said that the vehicle is a high performance one and the average is 18 KMPL, where as I am only getting about 9 to 10 per litre. I made so many [COLOR=#009900 !important]complaints[/COLOR] at many of the Maruti dealers at Trivandrum (Kerala) but in vain. Its almost one year and I am still getting the same average. I believe that the vehicle is having some seriour complaints which dealer does not want to take on their shoulders. The pick up and the power of the vehicle is also very less. There is no driving comfort.

    I tried many type of driving but the results remain the same. It is therefore requested that you may kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue at an early date. Considering the present rate of the petrol it is not at all possible to afford any vehicle with such a low average.

    My name is Milan Narayan Koli and I have purchased a new eeco in 25-02-2011 from spectra motors limited. Mumbai Maharashtra state my car no is mh-01-ax553 I want your attention towards some weakness of this model(eeco). The major problem with the car tyres,,,my car tyres are made of appllo which was crack outside. Due to crack there is four punctures in my tyres.i had complaint above mentioned problems to Mr.Manakhambe (Tyre mechanic). Spectra motors chembur (govandi) mumbai,but doesn’t response against my above complaints, then after 20 days I called to Poonam Madam . CEO regarding above problems on dated 09-12-2011. Thereafter no response till date .And
    my car 2nd tyres is completely rubbed from inside,, I had all my first three services from spectra motors limited. Mumbai Maharashtra state , it is fully automatic authorized service station of maruti suzuki. I have done periodically tyres rotation from front to rear and I have also done the wheel allignment from there but I dont know why the inside layer of tyres is rubbing.
    Actually the condition of the tyres is so bad and I can`t bear the new tyres as well as I know about the maruti suzuki their products haven`t performed like this.And this is happening because of wrong service centre alloted.. I request to you please take a good and quick action as soon as possible.

    I am totally fade-up by the Service and the work style of The Maruti Suzuki Dealer , M/s.Sushila Automobiles, Main Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Because of purchase a Omni Having RegisTration No- BR 1 M - 6110 .
    I am purchase a Maruti omni in the name of my Father Mr. Binoy Kr Bhakat in Oct 2010. as Usual we complete all the formalities and the deal closed at Rs.65000.00 and they Charged Rs.4000.00 Against the Paper Transfer. My father Signed all the documents required for Registration Transfer. they assure us that it takes 2 Months and we Provide you all the documents to you. the problem is that today is December 2011 and it is one year and 2 months passed. but the transfer process is not completed and i also want to inform you that we not received a single mail or phone call regarding this matter from the dealer. i personally chase-up for the same various time but always they assure only that it is under process. in the meantime i think in the month of august i am asking them that if you are too busy then provide me the papers i do it with the help of my agent & please refund the Money you taken against registration. then my agent found that some of papers is not in the file required to transfer the papers. my agent list the papers and provide to the executive. but they not provide the papers till date. and they also refused for the money they said that the executive to whom we pay . he left his job. and the dept not responsible for the money.
    Today till now the vehicle is on the name of old user and we use it since last one year if it meet with an accident or any other damage insurance company not entertain any complain because the vehicle is sold.
    we purchase this vehicle from a reputed dealers showroom only for faith. but if this type of negligence is happen how customer faith on a showroom also.
    today i visit the showroom's True Value Dept. But No one want to take the responsibility for the same and they also said that the file which all the papers contains is misplaced.
    Please suggest me what should i do. where i can complain to get a positive result. please suggest
    Please do the needful for the same as soon as possible .

    Dear Concerned

    I have purchased Dzire VXI from Rana Motors Gurrgaon in the month of September and the plight started since then...I had taken the car through the CPC scheme and hence it appeared to Rana Motors that the options for me are really restricted.

    I wanted to sell my old Wagon R through True Value at the same showroom for the sake of convenience, looking at my limitations I as quoted a price of 1.20 Lacs while I was getting a price of 1.40 Lacs at 2 other showrooms - Magicraft and Magic auto.

    I was required to come to North Delhi agency for the vehicle registration against my choice of South Delhi...my address in the records is of South Delhi.

    Rana Motors was supposed to refund some money to me as i made excess payment at the time of vehicle purchase...it took me 4 Reminder calls and delay of a month to get this money refunded (i was committed the refund in 2 days).

    I was informed by the concerned Person Pradeep to visit the Rana Motors Bikaji to get my RC collected on 14th Dec.....it was astonishing to know at the showroom that they completely had no info about my RC...I took a leave from my office at Noida and went all the way to Bikaji to get such a rude response...nobody even cared to check my problem at the showroom.

    Rana Motors Gurgaon has completely shaken my trust on Maruti and has completely spoiled my fantasticassociation of 7 years with this gr8 brand (through Rohan Motors - Wagon R DL 3C AD 3650)....and if this is what Maruti servicing is after such a highly competitive auto market I am not surprised at the dip in Maruti Sales.

    I am still waiting for my RC....

    Rana Motors seems quite complacent that the CPC business cant go elsewhere....

    I expect someone to please address to my complaint.

    Default Charged Loading/Logistic Charges By Maruti Dealer

    To Whomsoever it may Concern.

    I have purchased Maruti Alto K10 VXI on 04/01/2012 from TR Sawhney Motors Pvt Ltd. I have been charged Loading/Logistic Charges Rs 4250 even after it has been decided by the Government in a notification dated 31st Dec 2011 to waive off the Loading Charges. I am extremely dissapointed by this kind frauds done by at the dealer end. I need a resolution to it as early as possible.

    Prompt action would be higlhly appreciated.

    Default cheating of HERCULEES TRIVANDRUM(MARUTHI DEALER)

    Iam BABU.PK .I have already posted acomplaint about the cheating of Maruthi Trivandrum Dealer (HERCULEES MOTORS).I have purchased an Alto K10 vxi from herculees maruthi,Anchal hearing the coloured words by the Executive named Mahesh.At that time I was using an 2003 model Omni.When I enquired about exchanging the my omni instead alto k10 Vxi.Mahesh and his coleates said me that they would give my omni Rs.75000/- as value and an exchange bonus of Rs.10000/- including a total of Rs.85000/-.Seeing it a good offer, I planned to exchange my Omni instead of Alto k10 Vxi.The onroad price of Alto K10 Vxi said to me was Rs.342556.51/-.My omni was exchanged for Rs.85000/- including exchange bonus of Rs.10000/-.I have given a DD from Dhanalekshmi Bank,punalur,Kerala for Rs.259000/-.Total I have payed 344000/-.The new vehicle only costs Rs.342556.51/- as onroad price.A balance amount of Rs.1443.49/- should me returned to me.But now they are saying If I should get the vehicle registered I should pay Rs.17000/-.When I asked Mahesh about this they are speaking bad words on meand tryed to injure me.

    When I complainted to the Maruthi Customer Care on 07/04/2012 they prommised me solve the problem.On 07/04/2012 a staff named Harish from Herculees Trivandrum Showroom called me back and prommissed me to solve the problem in my side.He had sent me an Appology letter as an Email.Again as said in my previuos post in my Temporary Permit it is one adresss and in my insuarance it is another address.This also made me unable to register in my own way.Iam a Buisiness Man I can't use vehicle,it cause me a big loss also.

    Today I have filed a pettition in Anchal Police station showing all of this matters,there also the showroom people made there also they showed their influence to make their side safe.At the Station there were no compromise.The Sub Inspector Of Police moved the case to the Consumer Court.

    Iam In great worry,please take appropriate action to solve worriness.

    Default Complaint against Indus Motors, Chennai and Maruti

    Dear Sirs,

    I’m writing in pain that the Maruti Dealer, Indus Motor, Chennai have booked me a Alto (F8) Mid Night Black Colour Car on 27th March 2012 with 10 days waiting period (Sales In Transit) and due to deliver me the car duly registered.


    This car was purchased on 2 ka 4 scheme and to receive the benefit, the dealer pressurized me and took all my details and ask to apply for the loan. He took away the entire loan amount and the petty balance of Rs. 7010/- on 31st March 2012 to complete their quota of strawing up my pocket.


    At that moment the promise by them were to deliver the car to us on 5th April. Then under various verbal jugglery they shifted the same to 9th April. From 9th April, each day one story line is given but there is no sight of the car.


    The Dealer's story line is that RTO officer is demanding a Suzuki Dezire for one of his relatives and for that reason all the registration is being held up. I'm ashamed that this dealer is able to cook such stories. Adding fuel to this, Maruti themselves are not responding to the complaint that was given to them on 12th April under a complaint number 6594814707.


    Where should this issue be taken up? The call centers of Maruti provide no response and only claims that they have escalated to higher ups? How do I get the same addressed?

    Will this complaint at Consumer forum help????? GOD SAVE ME!!!!!

    Iam Rajeev Kumar owner of maruti wagon-r (JH09D 3720)which i purchased through maruti dealer at Bokaro(Sri Gopal Lodha).I get my car serviced at the authorised service center of maruti regularly,Recently I gave my car for servicing in the month of march for coolant,oil changing and regular checkup.After few days there was increase in temperature ,for which again i got it check up and told by service centre supervisor that every thing is ok.after about 15 days in morning of 4th april'12 suddenly an abnormal sound came from engine.I stopped and checked and found omobile spillage around the engine,I immediately rushed to service centre and called Mr D.K.Mahto G.M. service centre,My car was checked and was told that engine seal has failed due to absence of coolant.I donot know how it happened as on the day of servicing the coolant was changed by the same service centre.tThe car was repaired again by service centre,they took three days for doing so.They said seal jacket is not available at store.they managed it from somewhere ,I donot know whether it is original or not but I have paid the price of original at service centre.Ironny is My car is not as smooth as it was before ,abnormal sound use to come from engine while accelerating/decelerating.Maruti service centre says it is alright.Sometime when i switch on A.C. hissing sound is heard for few seconds.service centre is telling ,it is normal,but is not so what to do pl.suggest.

    my car with kataria auto, they not intrested to solve my problem since last 2 days,

    Exclamation Frustrated with rohan motors noida

    I got my car wagon R 2000 model repaired at rohan motors noida as while driving it was giving jerks and the ac was not delivering theproper coolness.They changed IC valve ,charged Rs.3700 for ac repair includes the cheking of condensor,oil in thecompressor and cleaning still it was not working properly and told that it is rectified . When I drove my car the problem again persiisted i contact their supervisor Mehrazudin 1. his response was very bad2. he didnt pick my phone.
    Then I contacted theitr Sr. Manager customer care Mr. amit sharma he promised that bring your vehicle and we will do our best.He called the airconditioning supervisor he says that Ac is perfect and the fault lies with Ic valve where as technicians who replaced my ic valve they are blaming the aircon section.

    My concern is i wasted 7000Rs. spoiled my 3 days and nothing is done now Mr. amit sharma is also not picking the phone.Even they didnt open the ac coils and charged me for that forget about the compressor oil and other things .

    I myself is journalist worrking in Tv covered so many maruti events where they are promissing stringent quality and checks but the ground reality is what I have explained.

    my car no GJ1KB8637 met with accident, my car insured with kataria Ahmedabad by ICICI Lombard,
    i have very bed experience due to harassment by above both,
    my care ling with kataria ahmedabad,
    i had also complain since 4 days with your maruti office with Mr Dipen, Ahmedabad but due to any reason he is not able to take intrest to solve my problem,
    i have already mail to you but no response,
    pl do needful to save image of MARUTI,

    Dear Sir
    i purchased a wagon r lxi cng on 22.10.2012 from TR sawhney Motor Lajpat Nagar New delhi. on 31.03.2012 when I was going In utyam Nagar new delhi my vehicle clutch plate was destroyed. I call to maruti autocard, within 30 minute one person reached to me for help me and advised me to send vehicles by toug through recovery van to PRJ Motor p.Ltd. tilaknagar New delhi,by spending 800.00 rs i sent vehicles to Prj Motor. Prj motor repaired clutch plate pressureplate etc by their invoice No.059372 dt 31.03.2012 and charged Rs 11224.00 for servising and clutch overhalling. When get vehicles find that top gear and back gear was very very hard. next dat i complain to them Mr parshant advise me to come with vehicles and they will will solve the problem,when I reached them they check the vehicles but problem was not solved and they are are unable to solve this problem. I believe that very untrained mechanic had done the job and create new problem which was not before. also please note that clutch plate destroyed when vehicles is run before 9000. K.M. YOU ARE Requested to plese solve my gear problem and alos till I servise from Prj and overhalling of clutch the avearge of vehicle at cng mode is comming 15-17 Km per kg.
