    Hi ,
    I just wanted to logged a complaint agaist DD motors ,Is that after my first service of swift ,i recevied a call from dd motors helpline from "Rekha" howz ur car working i said them car is not giving the averge so they called me again when i again reached our their i was treated like bullshit our their as thier repersentative was not ready to attend my problem after standing 1hour i followed 2 guy's they showed me very bad behaviour.........Now I am bugged up with DD motors facility ,could u guy's tell me Can i go for another Serving station of your for my pending 2 free services...

    Complaint for noise in AC Compressor since the day of purchase and the promises has been given by the Dealer Bright4 wheels, Lucknow that the noise is removed, but sorry to say that even after the third service the complaint still exists.

    I have logged this complain earlier also on my Wagon R duo which was purchased on 1st of March 2009 but no progress till date.

    Pls. find below the Job card details of last 2 services :

    1. JC9013594 dated 16.01.2010, vehicle kept for 2 days but no progress.
    2. JC09014707 dated 06.02.2010 vehicle kept for days again but no progress.

    waiting this time atleast for the positive response in this regard.

    Angry competent automobiles cannaught place are dishonest cheats

    booked car in feb 14 2010. called to take delivery of car on31.3.2010. was made to pay full amount in cash for immediate delivery of vehicle. .waited ,then told car is not reached.called next morning.again car not reached.then told car not dispatched from manesar factory.competent automobiles cannaught place have kept my money now for full 7 days and i have not recieved my car. all i want now is my money back with interest.and an oppertunity to share this story with others.ps there are other people with same experience at competent

    Thumbs down Poor service by Saya Motors!

    Today I am feeling unfortunate that why I used pick and drop service of Saya motors. I gave my Swift Dzire yesterday for servicing in Saya Motors and today when I picked up there were couple of dents on my car and when I tried to complain they said it was pre-existing. While taking the car all they do is mark big symbol with pen on a very small car print and you don't know that at which part that dent is existing and they do it almost for all the sides. While taking back your car they will say that it was already there. I don't know where exactly to complain about it.

    Default Ref: Dishonoured commitment by your Dealer Apra Auto India Pvt. Ltd

    Dear Sir/Madam,



    We had booked a Ritz ZXI BS IV/Silky Silver vide receipt No. REC09004820 and customer ID I093327163 on 4th February 2010.



    While booking the car we had informed your distributors executive of our intentions of only taking the delivery in 1-2 months time further to which we are asked to pay the token money of Rs.5000/- at that moment to confirm our booking which we did immediately.



    We were also assured that the receipt has been generated and the car has been allotted to us so we can take our time. {we have the receipt with us}



    Strangely when the Yearly budget was coming through we received a call from the executive asking us to either take the car or cancel the booking because the rates were expected to increase and they had many buyers aligned to buy that car.



    When we asked them how that affects us as we had already given the token money and received our booking confirmation, we were given some story of vat payment extra and again asked to confirm if we were going to buy the car or else they will cancel the booking.



    We confirmed that we were a serious buyers and hence they should not cancel the booking.



    After this almost a week later we came to learn that our car was sold to someone else without taking our consent.



    It was strange because we were told once the receipt was cut then the car could not be sold to anyone and incase we wanted to make any changes then that also wasn’t possible.



    So how was this car Chassis No.150102 sold to someone else when it was booked under our name?



    It is very unfortunate and sad when one comes across such an unprofessional and cult approach of a renowned service provider of The Maruti Suzuki like Apra. Although we were warned by lot of well wishers about Apra’s bad customer services in particular but we still opted for Apra because of our commitment to their executive of buying the car from them only.



    Unfortunately we kept our commitment but Apra didn’t.



    On a long argument with the General Manager at Apra he kept insisting that we only gave Rs.5000/- as token money for car worth Rs.5 lakhs they could not trust us for this and were also answerable to their senior authorities for holding the car on a small token amount.



    Isn’t it strange the token money was advised by their executives so we gave the same if they would have asked for another figure we would have done the same. So why are we being harassed for this.


    Although token money is just for confirmation and we don’t understand how it makes a difference what amount it is.

    If Token money doesn't have any value then you shouldn't take it at all and further not fool the customers.

    Please understand that if we were not interested we wouldn’t have given them this token money at all in the first place.


    We were keen to buy the car from them after all the above episode but now because the car allotted to us has been sold-out to someone else we are being forced to buy a car on a higher price.


    This is not a fare deal. They have our token money with them since February courtesy says if they had not honored their commitment they should have returned our token money but seems like the amount is too small for them to even return it to us after 2 months have passed.



    It is really frustrating that we haven’t been valued for being a loyal customer of Maruti from the past 13 years and feel cheated for approaching directly & trusting a dealer instead going via Maruti for its best and professional dealer.



    We also convinced our friend to buy the Ritz from then at the time we booked our car when he wasn’t keen and he bought it too.

    We have learnt our lesson by burning our fingers and will make sure we never do the same in the future.



    We are afraid,in this competitive market, with this kind of unconcerned customer approach Maruti will lose the reputation of the premium car supplying company.



    We may be only a small customer for Maruti and our opinion may be the 'only' adverse comment Maruti is receiving.But This is because we really cared.........



    One would appreciate if you can inform us the email ids of the people at your HO so that we can convey our feelings to them too.

    Kindly also get our token money returned to us at the earliest.

    Default Mismanaged Dealer

    Hello ,

    Being an ex employee of Mark Auto Industries which is part of Maruti Industries, would like to know your opinion about a very pathetic purchasing experience. I decided to buy new Maruti 800 from Marketing TImes. Thereafter got it cancelled due to some reasons. Applied to Alto from the same vendor. Got that cancelled as well due to some reasons.
    I had paid Rs. 10000/- as advance to previous vendor who is returning me Rs. 5000/- only. I am pretty sure that he needs to returnback the whole amount of Rs. 10000/- to me. Please provide me best answer alongwith a copy of terms & conditions enabling me to carry forward the case. Trust me I am in mood to lose that amount.

    An early action in this regard would be highly appreciated.

    Angry complaint against service by JEEVAN Motor Bhopal

    Good Evening,

    I was really pissed off today coz of the very bad experience with JEEVAN motors Bhopal (servicing of my car RITZ VXI). It was turn of my RITZ II servicing, my car has run only 1700 km Approx in last 6 months, I went for the normal 6 months servicing, but to my utter surprise when I went to collect my car in the evening, i saw the car was washed very pathatically, the matting was missing & the tyre stepney was changed. As it was in the evening & every one was leaving, no body was bothered to listen to me, but with some shouting, they came & gave me some wheird execuses. They told me the stepney is changed for tyre rotation, but tyre rotation is done only after 5000 km, the car was in worst condition in respect to the washing & cleaning, infact when I gave in the morning it was better than after servicing. The matting they could not locate & was missing. I never had any puncture in last six month, even though I could see the mud/dust/stones in my new stepney, how this is possible if i have never used the tyre. After checking they told me all the four tyres in use have number 3504 but the stepney tyre is 3204 which was given to me during delivery as per their records. 3204 tyre number which is of my stepney was as per them is only 1 tyre. I really feel they have changed the tyre. As i could see there where no marks on the ring (If it was used by me before there would have been marks on the ring as well). Also I told them to open all the tyres & check the tube if any is punchured if I am wrong. They had no answer to my queries. Finally I had to come back without taking delivery of my car. They have promissed me they will sort it out by tommorow noon. I doubt about it. One thing is very sure I will not be taking that used stpney. I have taken picuters of all & I surely know which door to knock.

    I hope you will do some thing from you end as well.

    Question when we will get car?

    I booked for desire vxi on11/11/09 in sai service kodungallor and gave advance Rs 50,000 but we changed vxi blue and order to give the blue desire VDi on December but up to this time there is no information we not get from maruti when did we get the vehicle?

    Unhappy Regarding the performance of SX4

    Dear all

    I have purchased a SX4 from Tanya Automobiles on 11/06/2008 and getting the regular services done by the authorised service station like Tanya Automobiles and Raj Sneh at meerut. Last service was done on 09/12/2009
    by Tanya automobiles and surprisingly the car has started the consumption of engine oil,which I have reported to Tanya Automobiles for which they have repplied that assembly has to be changed and the expences has to be beared by me.

    I'm totally surprised that milage of the viechle is only 34000 kms till date ,how can the assembly be repaired,what is durabilty of a branded company product and why should I bear the expenses.

    Request you to please look into the matter on urgent basis as I'm not getting any resposnse from tanya automobiles.

    My sister had bought a 2nd hand maruti 800 from true value goregaon branch, since she was unaware of all the legal documents True value didnt bother to give her the TTO form, nighter did they give the original RC book, all we have is a xerox copy of the first partys RC book, after repeated phone calls they are not even bothered to call back and give a proper responce, or atleast tell the correct status when the RC book will be transfered in my sisters name.

    After talking the entire value of the vehicle now they look to be least bother.

    Dear Sir,

    Would like to narrate my disastrous experience with Maruti family, so called, one of the best corporate organization in India. Here is something you would not like to hear but I am simply citing the facts and you can very well verify it from your end.

    I booked my first car Maruti EECO 7 seater from Spectra Motors Goregaon (West) Mumbai on Jan-15 and received receipt on Jan-21st, 2010.



    Model: EECO 7 Seater Color: Bright Red



    I was told that they would provide me delivery of car on February 11, 2010 which was further extended to February 25. In spite of several follow up, I came to know that I would get my car delivery on March 2nd, 2010 and later told that would get on 15th March by Mr. Chatterjee Sandeep Manager Spectra Sales and Sales representative Mohd Asad. Later told that would get a car by 30th March and in vain. When I asked them about the delay, was told there is no production of EECO. Again on April-2 nd and now I received call from Mr. Chatterjee after several follow ups that I may get a car by April-15 April and God known when and how many more months do I still need to wait.

    When I launched the complaint with Maruti Customer care and with ICICI bank, as I had my first EMI gone on March-1st, 2010. Without even taking my consent before disbursing a car loan amount although no car delivery has ever given to me. Another frustrating experience with ICICI, when I told them this experience they called dealer and I received a letter from Spectra stating that they would tell me about car delivery on March-15 and still I am without my car and paid second EMI of car for month of April-10.

    When I called your call centre, was only being apologized and no concrete action has ever taken, so called again to know about the complaint I launched against dealer, was told to contact regional office.

    The height of the most extreme sadness, when I wanted to speak to team leader in your call centre, was told TL was not on floor in the evening and gone for dinner. What kind of weird answers are! Please take a note even I work as Manager Operation with India’s top most company & manage 300 people staff including management staff in customer care. This is highly unacceptable as we are supposed to be customer centric, all I have witnessed that attitude of being customer centric is totally missing from your end. So, after my reluctance, was finally got TL on line after 15 mins of struggle with your executive & call took place for 40 minutes without any resolution.

    I was told to contact regional office of Maruti in Mumbai hence though I did not have any choice; I called four times and was told by person named Ms. Gargi that Mr. Amit Sharma Area Manager would get back to me. Still today, I have not received a single call from Mr. Sharma. Whenever I called your regional office, not a single time I was able to speak to any of managers. Nor did I receive any calls from your company at all. Somehow I tried to find out a hierarchy of escalation and called Mr. Anand Prasad Regional Manager Maruti, he first told me that he would look into the matter and revert back to me in next day. When I did not get any call from him, I called him twice he disconnected my call and now not answering my call at all.

    This makes me believe that I have ever made a blunder to buy a car from your company. Your Managers do not even have any courtesy to get back to the customer for the problems witnessed by them.

    I can only do few things to get me a justice.

    1. Go to consumer court and sue you all for non-compliance of your promise

    2. Sue you for mental harassment what I have been going through

    3. For your inefficiencies and immense frustrations you have caused to me

    I know it makes no sense for you to lose a customer but I promise you that I will never buy a car from Maruti at all. Nor will I ever recommend Maruti to any of my friend and relatives at all.

    Please cancel my order and refund me Rs. 166000 and two installments which I have paid else please provide my car and compensate for the harassment you have caused me.

    I am looking forward to your positive reply though I am still skeptical. You may wish to call me on +91-9833966324. Please for God’s sake fix my problem and deliver a damn car.

    PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM ANY OTHER DEALER ,BUT NOT FROM BAGGA LINK MOTORS
    false commitment and pathic services and huge amount of politics in thier showroom-can harrass any consumer

    i had purchased new swift glam on 26th septemper 2009 through bagga link(authorised maruti car dealer), at the day of purchase ,their were spots on car body and i as an consumer humbly requested the sales men as well as staff present over there regarding black spot in car body and they further committed and gave this assurance that spots would be extracted out by the end of first service , when first service mature car was sent for service ,then due heavy rush on sunday ,they deny saying you can get it done in second service,i percieving from that paricular moment only ,that there intention is deviating ,rather i said them to give in written with regards to the spot clearence from my car, they deny my reqeust by pertaining that they bound with their rules and regulations
    ,so for my satisfaction he (mr panday) told me to interact with vice president of bagga link ,i had few words with him regarding the same issue he also told that your committment is committment whether it is through word of mouth or in written ,he finally assures me ,but when i approach bagga link for second service ,as mr panday left down their company ,and finally i approaches to sales man and vp of bagga link,i had further interaction with him about the same issue,he told his subordinates to clarify the issue ,but due to agency hiring policy they told me that it cost around rs 40000 to re-paint ,then i told him that default is from day "one" of purchase,they however reduces the spot size but still spots exist in car and another black rubbing is appearing in car, further and further i told them , but they had no intention to satisfy me.And as an loyal customer of maruti ,i would be getting loyalty discount of swift of rs 10000 at point of purchase only ,as i was having maruti suzuki omni 1997, i had interacted for this concern with sales men, but deny that thier no discount for loyality customer and they are further liable to pay addition cash discount of 2% and company charged rs 5000 extra in registration extra,in total i should be compensated with rs 25000 and with spot clearance from my car, company is true laible in this case and i am true compensator.my car registration no- DL 7s ch 7635 and my contact no is-9971530076

    Post delay in delivery and false commitments

    I am a govt doctor posted as s.m.o in health department. in the month of march around 10 th march i went to stan wheels mandigobingarh to book a new maruti swift dezire vdi car. and after conversation with the manager of stan wheels i was asked to pay rs 40,000 as a premium amount other than the total cost of car if i want the car within an hour. but it was out of my reach as i belong to service class family and amount of 40,000 rs means sumthing to me so i decided to book the car on the managers word that he will deliver the car within a month. on 16th march i booked swift dezire vdi with a amount of 50,000 rs and was promised to get the car within 1 month
    on14 april i called at stan wheels mandigobindgarh n some of their employ told me that 5 cars dezire vdi are being loaded in truck and are on its way n we wil get d car soon we were vry happy we arranged the whole payment next day but after tht whn i talked to d manager he start saying lies n speak with such a disrespect that wil get car after 3-4mnths i was shocked to see such a disgusting, and insulting behaviour of d manager.
    on my booking reciept issued by stan wheels mandigobingarh there was no approximate waiting date it was nt filled left blank and no allotment no. was given to me and same is the case with order booking form, it was also left blank, despite being asked allotment no. frm dealership we were given assurance that we will get the car within a month.and now when ever we call d dealer to ask about the car they treat us disrespectfuly.
    I have been using maruti product from last 18 yrs and have good deal with the company and i hav advised a lot many of my collegues n freinds to buy the same product but this time im shocked by behaviour of the dealership and the game they played with me.Its a big fraud the dealers have bluffed me.

    i have also lodged a complaint at online no 18001800180 and my complaint no is 8439398261 but nothing
    has been done yet

    This is my fourth new maruti car which i am buying from marutisuzuki .previously my experience was very nice and i was fully satisfied the cars i hav brought earlier but this time im very dissapointed due to the insult and harashment i hav to face. and moreover the game played by the dealership.
    after all this i hav lost my trust in maruti but still with some hope im writing my complaint here
    hope to get solution to my problem as early as possible.

    Default smoke from new swift lxi 2010

    I brought a swift lxi from COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CO.LTD ghazipur ,delhi on which is dated 17.02.10 it's receipt no.is 3663 and allot no. is 0896-s-601256 and it has run only about 800 kms in delhi,on average of 30-40 kms per visit.

    yesterday on 25.04.10 while keeping the vehicle in the garage we saw smoke coming out under the bonnet and burning smell.

    we immediately stopped the engine,
    i am helpless ,as i can't bring the vehicle to the workshop at ghazipur from laxmi nagar[my residence]
    because i fear ,it might catch fire.

    kindly help immediately as i have to attend my clinic as well as other medical related emergencies .
