My father in Law has booked Swift LXI(Azure Grey) on 24 September 2009 through CSD.

I dont have their Dealer code, but i have following details:

In October last week they told that will deliver the car in the first week of November. When we called them up on Friday they told us they will deliver the car on 11th November.
Now they are not picking up the phone.
I called someone in maruti to get to know what is the process.They told that you supposed to get a tentative delivery date of your car when you have booked by the dealer.But to my surprise the dealer never told us about that and keep saying that within a week he will give us a tentative date.
Know i dont know where to go and what to do.
Please guide me as you are my last resort.
