    Hi All,

    It cant get worser than my case. I booked my car in June 2009 and ultimately had to cancel the booking in the month of September 2009 due to number of harassment.

    This Company is a real cheat and fraud. They will call you only till the time you haven’t paid the full money, post which you keep on calling and there will be no takers. I would wish to use all adjectives for them including Mahendra Kasturi, Deepak, Sanath (in accounts) and the entire team.

    I had to take the delivery of the car on Dusshera and was also given the engine and chassis number. The day I went to see the car in Bhiwandi stockyard of the Company, I was told that this car which was allotted to me had been sold to somebody else. So the journey of 100 kms from Mumbai and a day off from office is completely wasted.

    Post this, I was again allotted a engine and chassis number (442815). I go to Bhiwandi stockyard, perform the puja on the car and come to the showroom for getting the invoice. To my utmost shock, I am told that there would have been some mis-communication and this car has already been allotted to somebody else.

    Now, I apply for cancellation of my booking. I am told that the refund (complete) would be given in an around a week’s time. I call up after a week to find out that the accounts guys haven’t yet got my file to process the request. Now what do you call it. The company representative calls up and asked for another letter to cancel the booking. Didn’t they know the same thing when I was there in their office.

    Its now more than 1 month and I still await for a portion of my refund (2% of the ex-showroom price), calling up different people to find out that they are very busy to even take a call. Why should i be levied a cancellation charge when the company is not delivering the car as promised and taking the customer for granted. Further, the day i cancelled the booking, i was told that the entire refund would be made.

    I wish and hope that somebody would take some serious actions against them. This is nothing but harassment of customers.

    Dear Dilip,

    I am having similar issue with A1 Hyundai. They are not delivering my car and it has been double the time they initially promised.

    Moreover they are being very rude and lying or not taking my calls. A very horrible experience. I have tried many things but I still have no idea on the true status of my car.

    Yes those bastard are not delivering my i20 .. Its almost 3 mnths.. Stil not got the chassis number... Please avoid A1 HYundai in Andhheri

    its been 2 mnth since i ve booked my i20 and they have still not given me any details for the same, delivery of the car is a far of question......finally i have to cancel my booking....the worst part is the dont mind one cancels the booking after using our money for what ever period.z we are made to wait. they are absolutely shameless specially the Director there call Mr. Patel.. absolutely hopeless and irresponsible person to be at the position he is!! now i am waiting for the refund of my booking amount...hoping at lest this happens soon!

    HOPE HYUNDAI TAKES A NOTE OF THIS AND CANCELS THEIR FRANCHISE

    Default Delaying the service and no reponsibility

    I had given my Car for repair and service to A1-Hundai serving center which is in Chandivali,Andheri east ,mumbai, which i given the car is on 6th of Oct 2010, as of today they are not delivered the car and not allowing to see my car , for them they are saying the Garage is locked by the owner of the Plot as they defaulted to pay the rent and my car is also in side the locked room they are not taking any action on this , i tried my best to do by calling and going there but no hope as i am not sure what happened to my car also.

    If any body can help me in this matter, Please help me
