    Default Complaint against Maruti Udyog Limited

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I Ankur Gupta purchased Swift Dzire (VXI) in January 2009. Till June it was going OK but after that a noise started to come from the front of car. Last or third service of my car done by KAP Automobile, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. They diagnose this noise as a steering noise and worked accordingly. But after this situation become really annoying for me because steering became so hard and it’s difficult to take city drive.

    Actions taken by me in regard are as follows.

    a) I have given three personal visit to get rid of this problem but unfortunately didn’t. Initially they were saying that steering assembly will get replaced but now they are denying.

    b) Mr. Bhupesh (TSM) of Maruti udyog ltd. Here for Ghaziabad met me and given me commitment to replace it but now he is also denying. And above all he has promised me that my car will get checked by R&D team of Maruti but after that he didn’t taken any follow-up. He promised me that my car will get checked at Rohan Noida but it didn’t.

    c) I have lodged this complaint on customer care, they have given me complaint id (6184430662) and after that same story happened, there is no follow-up.

    d). I have lodged my complaint at maruti regional office but not getting any response.

    Now, this is really irritating for me because after spending 5.5 lakhs on a car I am getting this type of treatment from MARUTI UDYOG LIMITED. I heard about maruti that they are best in after sales services but now I am in a really bad bad impression of maruti. No body showing his interest to solve my problem.

    Mr Bhupesh (TSM) who representing maruti has left very bad impression of maruti udyog.

    Please take necessary action to solve my problem. My car details are as follows.

    Respected Sir,
    I beg to state that I Mr. A. Raja Rao faithfully customer last few years of your company. In 06-06-2006 I purchase a Wagoner Lxi model OR05-X-6030 Chassis no.: 417122 Engine No.: 4240789 Color: Carbine blue from your Sky Automobiles Pratap Nagar, N.H - 5, Dealer Cuttack, Orissa. So far on 10-08-2009 when I go for my regular servicing your True Value team and the Team leader of your company named Manoj kumar sahoo told me that if I exchange my car then they give me right value of my car and I can also take a new one. So they valued my car Rs.220000.00 and take my car key and all my original document for further step. Then I gave him my foreclose letter of my old car which finance by IndusInd Bank after settlement the amount will be the same. Then In State Bank of India RACPC Cuttack sanction the amount for my new car loan Rs.453000.00 and rest will be from onroad price I have to pay as down payment. But the problem is now when I want to purchase of my new car from your dealer company staff named Manoj kumar Sahoo decrease my valuation amount from Rs.220000.00 to Rs.190000.00 and the rest deference amount he told me I have to pay in IndusInd Bank then also I can purchase my new car. So I oppose and this type of indecent behavior complain to your higher authority for take some actions.

Now my question to all of them that if they don’t exchange then whey they keep my car on their premises for last four month. And if I sold my car in out side then why they give me false commitment and for this period me and my family also suffering. I think all are involve in this case so they hide the truth and cheated me like this.
    There fore I request to you to Mr Kohili Area manager to see this matter for your kind consideration for dealing customer better service and support if your company not solve my problem then I have to give a statement in media and lunch a F.I.R on nearest police station and my Lawyer take legal action for this type of behavior towards to your company.

    I want to Draw your kind attention towards the Quality of Customer Handling at your Dealership. On dated 16th May 2010 i purchased New Wagon R-VXI from D D Motors,Peeragarhi,Delhi. Firstly for my vehicle delievery,i have to wait 3 Hrs.Secondly on the name of vehicle Installation nothing was explained to me. Being a New vehicle,it is the utmost resposnsibility of Service Staff at Dealership to explain the features of new product,but the same was missing. Service staff was asking me to raise the querry.How can i know new feature and use of the same. I'm getting knowledge about Car from reading Service Manual and still some things are not clear to me.
    You are requested to kindly take this matter and try to make a proper vehicle Installation System at your dealership.

    Default Car Repairing

    My car Astar is at ASPA Bandson, Amravati from 15th May, 2010 for the replacement of Gear Box Oil seal and yet it is not done. Every time they told that we will give the car within 2 days. They are telling that we have not received the part , as it is not available in the company. So, it is just cheating that the car is available but the part is not available.

    Default deleyed and irresponsible attitude,

    I gave my car (wagon R, vxi) for accidental damage repair at Maruti Service Center, ajmer auto agency at ajmer rajasthan. Vehicle number RJ-27 ca 7575 on dated 12-06-2010

    Since then, I have been promised dates after date for delivery of my vehicle and till date, I do not know what are the parts which are damaged to be replaced and how much would be my liability and when my car is going to serviced and delivered. I keep talking to different people giving me different status. Promised delivery date has already been missed on multiple occasions and still no one is able to tell me for sure when my car will be delivered.

    I would greatly appreciate any help in making sure I get a speedy and delivery of my vehicle with the best level of service and to ensure no one in future has to go through the same experience again.

    Thumbs down Very bad product & after sales service!

    I have purchased ALTO(LXI) on 12th aug,2010 from HIRA AUTOMOBILES LTD. PATIALA-PUNJAB and I have faced the problem on first day with the gear shifting I informed the sales boy nd HIRA AUTOMOBILES but no action has been taken regarding my case m going to complaint on toll free number and RO office everyday but there is no action

    I heard about maruti that they are best in after sales services but now I am in a really bad bad impression of maruti. No body showing his interest to solve my problem.

    Please take necessary action to solve my problem. My car details are as follows:

    Default regarding exchange bonous

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki A-Star VXI model on 21st September 2010 from Your delearship in exchange of my old car Santro ZIP UP32- AJ2733. They have exchanged my car on Rs. 85,000, at a time of purchase they commited that if i ( Delearship) will exchange my old car with new one then the compny will gave exchange bonous of Rs. 15000 beside the value of old car but they have not given any this amount till now. It has completed more than one and half month ,when i asked about this from dealership they refused it and saying the exchange bonous was include in old car prices. I had been in touch with the agent but they are not at all interested in my issue.I am planning to file a case against my car in consumer forum.Even the agant is saying that you are free to file the case.

    Default Poor Service in Khivraj Motors Chennai

    Hi,

    This is Senthil Kumar from Chennai. Currently I have WagonR purchased from Khivraj Motors Chennai. My Vehicle No is TN22 BF 1767.
    I completed 4 service and I am not satisfied with the service they provide. Every time they delivers the cars with some additional problem instead of rectifying the minor problem I reports during the service.
    Its really useless servicing there. But for warranty purpose I am continue to give there for serice.

    In last service (4th) I wrote few points as complaint and gave them and also I pointed the areas where the problem lies (like spoon feeding).
    But its not been resolved and I have been charges Rs 2500 appox for a USELESS service. After this service my gas (fuel) indicator is not working.
    And I don’t feel a smooth ride at all. Finding lots of vibrations (I have included this in my complaint list).

    Please let me know how I can take this issue to the respective person to resolve the problems.
    I have also spoke with the Customer care manager of Khivraj motors and it was not use.

    Note:
    I have taken my car to the service center more than 10 time for the mileage problem.

    Default The carelessness MARUTI SUZIKI dealer is not tolerable.

    Dear
    Sir/Madam,
    I purchased a Wagon R Lxi DL6 CL 2579since 31st Oct,2010. The carelessness of Maruti dealer is not tolerable. The fact is that the pressure of air in all tyres should be in standard which you Maruti made. Since 20th Nov 2010 when i went to petrol pump and checked the air pressure, i got surprised that the pressure of air is 48 points in all four tyres which was filled from the show room. The required pressure should be 33 & 35 points.
    I complaint to Maruti why this kind of blunder mistake took place i sent emails on dated 22,24 26,29 November & Dec. 2, 13th, but i am sorry to say no reason given by Maruti or Dealer i am sending a mail but the Maruti did not take care of the complaints regarding this matter Can Maruti tell me why the pressure is 15 points more in all tyres? Why this kind of lackadaisical did by Maruti dealer? It could create problem for me physically and in long term technically,then who was responsible for that ?Why they have not checked all standards measures before deliver the car. So I want a satisfactory reply from your side for this kind of carelessness. Waiting for your reply. MY Maruti CRM Acknoledgement NOumber is MSIL/CRM/OT2561
    I asked to the Automobile engineer regarding my issue he told me that the problem will arise in the vehicle after a long time. Losses of the more air then standard pressure create problem to the shockers and the tyres, some time it is dangerous to drive, the tyres could be burst etc.Not a dealer or Maruti admit his mistake and apologize. for it.

    mere paas maruti suzuki waronr lxi model car hai jo maine feb.2008 me kunal motors chhindwara se prchase ki thi,mera car ka accident ek truck se ho gaya tha jise maine shubh motoros jabalpur me deinting & painting ke liye di thi tab unhone meri car 2 month baad repair kar ke di tab unhone car ki dainting & painting bilkul kharab ki thi aisa lag raha tha ki kahi local me car bani hogi tab shubh motors ne insurance se 80000 ka claim bhi le liya aur maine car ko phir se banane ko kaha to shubh motors ne kaha ki sir apki car next time jab bhi aayegi hum repair kar denge maine kaha sir mai to balaghat me rahta hu jo ki jabalpur se 250 k.m. Door hai mera jabalpur aana nahi hota hai to unhone kaha aap jab bhi aayenge hum repair kar denge aur unhone mujhe likh kar bhi de diya ki next time aapki gadi ki dainting painting free me kar denge phir mai apni car 1 saal ke baad le gaya jisme ke piche dikki aur rear door se dust aur pani aa raha tha phir shubh motors ne kaha thik hai hum aapki car baa kar 10 din me de denge 10 din ke baad maine unhe call kiya to unhone kaha kuch parts nahi hai 3-4 din aur lagenge aisa kar ke unhone 45 din laga diye 45 dino ke baad mujhe phone aaya aapki gadi ban gayi hai aap kal lene aa jaye mai car lene gaya tab dekha to car ka pura work nahi hua tha car dekh kar mujhe laga ki car banne me 2 din aur lag jayenge mai do din tak jabalpur me hotel me ruka jiska ki mujhe bewajah rent aana jana ka kharch lag gaya 2 din baad unhone car mujhe di tab bhi maine dekha ki uska paint itna kharab tha ki local me bhi isse accha paint ho jata aur waha ke jo worker aur jo bhi sahab the unka koi response nahi mil raha tha ab aap hi bataye ki 2 baar car banane ke baad bhi mai satisfied nahi hu aap hi bataye mai kya karu mai baar baar apni car 250 k.m. Door to nahi le ja sakta aane jane ka petrol me 2 se 3 thousand lag jate hai please aap hi bataye mai kya karu aap action jarurur le mai bahut pareshan hu kyonki mai middle class family se hu ab mai baar baar car nahi purchase kar sakta so pls.help me.

    i m Milind patel the owner of swift ldi from Ahmedabad. i hv purchased my car from Kiran Motors sanand road ahmedabad. as per 3 free services i got not much satisfaction. even i trusted and got my 4 th paid service at kiran motors and made wheel alighment and wheel banancing as per instruction by company but i was realy very unsatisfied after doing both. After doing the same my car was going left side and stearing was too hard. Even my 1 of 5tyres was totally fail in only 25000km due to this negligency. in my 4th service i told to on my horn which was off but it was not done proper. now i m suffering with only single horn.
    so kindly do the suitable action about my car tyre as well as horn if u have any soft corner towards cutstomer, othrrwise i will loose the trust on maruti company forever.

    Default harrasment by baba autos fzr

    Dear sir ,
    I Rajwant singh had booked a swift car with Baba autos zira (punjab) on 20-01-2011 for Rs 5000-
    and the booking number is SOB-10001650 and at the time of booking I was promised to delelever the car in
    3.5 months but till date there is no where about of the car .I had contacted Mr Pankaj sharma manager
    Baba autos he had promised me the car on 10 june,but on 9th june he avoided me and my phone call
    the outlet employes also avoid me when I go there,Pankaj had said I would be given the car on july 10 but
    till date nothing is done ,now they say the production is closed ,there is a strike and so on,
    I think this is the best way to promote black marketing, when the dealer ship knows that they are not able to delever the cars why do they book so many cars, its not only me there are many others who are harrased like this such dealerships should be closed
    lastly I would say I would never suggest any one to buy an Maruti product
    SHAME ON THE ART OF MARUTI AND SUCH DEALER SHIPS

    With reference to the above, I would like to inform you that I have booked a Maruti Swift d'izre from M/s Sarathy Auto Cars, Kollam, Kerala vide their booking No. 10003931 and I have remitted a sum of Rs. 50,000/- on 05/01/2011 for the booking charges. At the time of booking they promised to deliver the vehicle within six months from the date of booking i.e on 05/01/2011. But I regret to inform you that I have not so far received the vehicle or any reply from them. Kindly advice me what I have to do
