Respected Sir/Madam,

Sub: Complaint for Non delivery of Maruti Swift VXI with ABS

I have booked of a car, details as below

Model : Maruti Swift VXI with ABS
Color : White
Dealer : Popular Wheelers, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

I was promised that I will get the car by end of 14th Oct 2009, now I am
being told that it will take more time (approx 10 days more)

I had booked the car with only one condition that I should get it by end
of 14th Oct 2009, and I was given the promise also, but now there is no
response

I am not given proper answer and all are playing with words

I and my whole group had decided to book another 4 cars for the staff
and other personal & official purpose, but with this level of commitment
I don’t think so that I would ever be dealing with Maruti, even no
positive word of mouth publicity will be given.

Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible,
please see to it that the car is delivered to me before 14th Oct 2009,
revert back for the same
