Respected Ma’am/Sir,

I, Shishir Gupta, would like to bring to your notice the extremely poor service been provided by Nimbus Motors (Dealer, Hyundai Motors, Noida Uttar Pradesh).

The complaint is regarding their poor performance of their service centre situated in Noida. My mother, Mrs. Anjana Gupta had got our car “Hyundai Santro” serviced from the above mentioned place. However, immediately after the service when we used the car next time it broke down in the middle of the road. We tried contacting the concerned person, Mr. Rajkumar, who was in charge for our car for help. However, he cut our call and switched off his phone for the rest of the day. We are really doubtful of the credibility of the work done.

This is extremely disgusting attitude at their part. I hope for cooperation.The details of the car are provided below:
