i had booked wagan r (vxi) at COMPETENT AUTOMOBILE CO. LTD. (DWARKA) on 16 sept 09 by paying the booking amount of Rs 5000 by cheque(cheque no:333187 hdfc bank).i was told by theire executive (ANSHUL) that i would be provided car loan @ 11% pm reducing but when on 26 sept 09 i went to take delivery of the booked car and was signing the cheque the executive asked me to signed blank cheque.when i enquire why i should sign the blank cheque then he told me that i would be provided loan @13.30%pm.i cancel the booking and give application for refunding my booking amount on the same day.i was told that i will get the refunding cheque with in 3 days but i haven't got the cheque till date.
since then i am repeatedly calling but either they don't response or keeps on transfering the call and giving one or other excuses.even i have called the branch manager who told me that he will call me back after an hour but he doesn't. when i call him again he told that i will receive my cheque on monday 5 oct 09 but still i haven't received my cheque.i had called them on yesterday but there was no response.this entire incidnce has cause lot of harssment and mental tension to me. i, therefore, filing this complaint. please take the needful action and ensure that this could not be repeated with other costumers in future.
