    Default Problems with Fiat Linea and its availablity of parts and horrible customer service

    i had bought a fiat linea dynamic on 5th august 2009 from concerde motors worli. on 21st August they had called me to fit the audio system given by the company.

    on 22nd august morning i found that my both the front wheels are punctured together.

    After few days The speedo meter stops working.

    I gave my car for the same problem to wassan motors Kandivali west on 11th september 2009.

    Since then they have totally opened my car have already changed 4 to 5 parts and are still awaiting few parts to come at this rate by the end of couple of month my old car with be all the new parts

    there no prorper response from any of person related to it everytime u ask the workshop people a new problem is told to you.

    they are not knowing when will they arrange for parts and after that when can they give me the car.

    in just two months if my car has so much of problems than please return me my money i dont want a defected car.

    After 26 days of car being with them they are still not sure of when can they deliver a completely fit working car.

    So pease do the needful

    Angry Fiat linea complaints

    I have bought a Fiat Linea Emotion Pack. It had done only 20000 kms and its engine oil started leaking from the top side of the engine. All the tyres have worn out in such a short time.

    It is one of the worst quality car that I have ever used.

    I am very much dissappointed.

    Angry Poor action, after sales service

    I am ramesh patel , purchased fiat lina emotion on 23.09.2010, had accident on 09.05.2011, and it was sent to twins wheels pvt. Ltd., vadodara on 10.09.2011 , but due to non availability of spares my vehicle is not ready till date 04.11.2011, 6 months, i do not know what they are doing with my vehicle, how can i trust that they have not change other parts also, part what they are sending are also wrong.

    Default Very poor service at Jaika MOtors, Nagpur

    I had taken my Fiat Linea to Jaika Motors Nagpur on 25 October, 2011 for small paid job at Km Reading 18600, and Mr. Vishal Ekolkar was service advisor and the work to be done were mere check of Horn; Front left door glass panel not smooth, New Number plate fixing (Which I had already made).
    I had delivered the vehicle at 0930 Hrs, because 26 October was Holiday.
    I received a sms from the Jaika Customer care No at 1630 Hrs approximately, that the vehicle is ready.
    When I reached the Jaika at 1700 Hrs, I was shocked to find out that the car was not at all ready and they had not done any job as per my requirements. I 18had to ultimately take on to the service manager of Linea who was too rude and told me that I should have given the car at AK Gandhi and started arguing for works and jobs not performed. They repaired the horn and fixed the number plates in my presence after I reached and after I put them pressure, they cleaned my vehicle......
    I cannot understand that how somebody can just keep the vehicle in the service station without any work done and just send a fancy SMS in the evening to take the car.Even there are security lapses in Jaika and ultimately, I had took my car at 1840 Hrs +. The security personnel even did not take my gate pass and it is still with me as on date.
    Most of the employees at Jaika work for some extra bucks from the customers and they are in habit of not doing professional work.
    Can anyone tell them to behave properly.
    The service manager attitude was one of vengance and he told me:- Next time you come here and see what I would do to your vehicle.....
