I had purchased a Tata Indigo CS under exchange of my old car Wagon R. At the time of valuation it was made clear to the dealer that my car was registered at Jabalpur and hence I would not go into the jargons of RTO getting the NOC and they agrred and offered me a price. After making the payment when i was signing the transfer papers they told me to pay the charges of getting the NOC or get it done by myself. This was ridiculous as they had cheated in a sense of hiding the charges. Due to this reason they have not registered my vehicle. They could have easily appropriated the charges in the valuation of the car, they knew it but did not do it.
