Hi, i need help in dealing with this dealer. My car met with an accident and has been lying with them for repairs for 5 months now. Everytime I go there and talk to them or call them, they tell me it will be done in 5 days. I don't know what recourse I have. I have had to borrow a car from a friend, and finally ended up buying another car to take care of my needs. What should I do?
