i brought my vehicle to concorde motors located in East Coast road, chennai for 4th service.. service engineer who attended my car he didnt even see the car and telling the bill amount cost will be 8000 rs included engine oil change, when i asked him to check the car condition he says i hav e to pay for mandatory charges, he didnt even explain what he is going to change and why?,, i told him clearly i will not give good scores if im not satisfied, he was asking that r u black mailing ? what is there to black mail him and getting service from these kind of people. he didnt even see the car and didnt inform and why that much bill amount,,,, in the beginning itself that service technician told me free service is only car wash and oil filter change,,, is that a service tata providing for the tata cars. tata motors and concorde providing rediculous situations to the customers. if tata cannot provide proper service for their cars why do they commit they will do company service, tata car owners can see private service ,, better most of them will not prefer tata cars if u dont provide or these kind of service for tata cars. why these service engineers are so rude to the customers. they have the responsibility to explain everything when they take for service, how can customer spend 10000rs blindly without knowing what these guys going to do with car.. concorde which located in East coast road, chennai doing day light robbery,, really discusting.. i dont think i l prefer tata cars in future or i wont recommend to any1..action should be taken on that service engineers and relation ship manager.. defenetly most of the customers like me suffering from these kind of behaving .... tata must know customer satisfaction and customers are their profits..
tata must take an action against the service engineer name of V. Muthu Kumar , and Manager Kamaraj who work in concorde motors located in East coast road, chennai
