i have a MARUTHI800. I bought it from indus used cars inThykavu Ernakulam . it was aused car which is 2008 model. they told us there is three other freeservices. but when we send the car for first service they take two coupon of the servicebook. any also they gave us a damaged stepiny insted of our very good condition stepiny. when i asked them they are giving us a satifactionery replay. my husband is in abroad and i can't go through these unresposible person. when i said my complaint to the executive of INDUS in thykavu they are telling that why i should send the car in MUVATTUPUZA INDUS FOR SERVICE. but i was more omfertable in it because i am living in perubavoor which is more nearest place from muvatupuzha. so that is my fault. but when give us the car we already told them we can give the car in muvatupuzha for service and they agreed with us. now i am cheated by them . please give me a right solution for my problem.
