Dear Sir,
We had a Car Loan Account No. 16901644 with HDFC Bank Ltd. Jaipurin the name of M/s Skyways Colonizers Private Limited. Today When we prepaid our said loan they add prepayment charges @ 5% of Principle amount,i.e. Rs. 21813 on Rs. 423667 . When we complaint them about their this cheating they refuse to waive the charges and said this is as per RBI policy. Now we come to know that there is no RBI Policy in this regard. When we complaint them to refund the charges they didn't accept our application also. As we didn't make any default during the period of loan Now we want refund of our these charges.
