My name is Tekchand Verma from Ballabgarh,Faridabad.I have a loan from HDFC Bank for used car.My first Cheque was present for clearence on 05/01/2009.There was sufficiant balance for payment.But the cheque bounce according to saying signature mismatch.After that i paid cash the first EMI.Again the above said cheque cleared form my account.Now i contact many times in bank but there is no use.My payment has not refund till date.I paid late fee also without any reason.Now what i do ?Plz tell
