not receipt of NOC from GE MARUTI Countrywide

sir,
I own a Maruti 800 Car bearing registration No. AP7N-8374 purchase in 2002 with a loan from GE MARUTI COUNRYWIDE. My all loan amount was duly paid to The company. but even after 4 years of repayment of Loan no NOC is being given by the company. The company office in Guntur where I reside is also closed. I tried to search internet but their website is also not working. I do not have any contact NO.

Now I want to sell my car but do not have any Noc please help me

Dear Mr. Jain,

Verbal complaints have no value. Pls. send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Co., to the CMD and keep a copy of that letter with you. Wait for the response for 15 to 20 days so if the Co. will not provide you any solution, you can approach RBI with the copy of that letter.

Just send a complaint letter and revert back soon with the response from the Co.

Sir, please help me to get NOC for my MARUTIWAGON -R . All instalments have been paid properly. My laon closed on07-11-2007, It is almost 4 years but I am yet to receive NOC from them. My car loan details are- Loan amount-Rs. 300000, EME- Rs.6470-00 EMI Starting date-07/01/2003, ending date-07/11/2007. LOAN ACCOUNT NO.MBAM00002148. Dealer-BIMAL AUTO AGENCY-KR PURAM, BANGALORE.
