With reference to the above mentioned subject, this is to inform you that.
My uncle is cheated by RKS Motors, Somajiguda, Hyderabad regarding used car vehicle purchase
On 2/2/2012 my uncle name G. Narasimha Rao went to Rks Motors for enquiring a used vehicle price, at that time sales team leader Mr. Anil has dealt with my uncle and explained all the things related to vehicles. In this regard he got ready to purchase one vehicle WAGON R vxi model reg no. AP28AT4504, at that time he asked that he was not having enough money to make the payment so wat is the process.
So Mr. Anil has promised that he will arrange all loan amount related to that purchase. In this regard he asked my uncle to pay an amount of 10000/- as advance. So my uncle paid 5000/- as an advance. So from past 7days he was telling that he was just time passed and now he was telling that the loan was not possible. So my uncle has asked to refund those money which he has paid towards an Advance
Now Mr. Anil is telling in a harsh voice that now those money which paid will not be returned and asking not to call to him regarding that advance amount.
So please do the needful since my uncle's mistake was nothing in this regard due to that false commitment which that sales executive done he became the victim and paid that amount of 5 thousand rupees. If that executive would told him while paying only that amount is not refundable that time he will not take like this decission.

Pls look in to the matter and help my uncle as he is an uneducated and 5000 is obviously large amount, And kindly take necessary action on the sales executive for making false commitments to the people who dont know about formalities
