Regarding my Complaint No. DOC-C-11183989 mobile No. 9773000612
On Monday 7th November 2011 I called the Loop customer care on 800 & enquire about the Loop Dus Ka Gang Plan. Your executive told me to recharge for rupees 5 & your scheme will be activated. As per his instruction I recharge my mobile with rupees 5 on same day.
On Tuesday 8th November 2011 I sent 6 numbers of my choice to join the dus ka gang numbers. I got the reply that you numbers are successfully added to dus ka gang plan. But after calling to that numbers the money was deducted by old plan i.e. 1 paisa 1 second. Again I called customer care to enquire about this, but there is no proper information given by them, they said server is down. I called 4 times & I get the same reply that the server is down.
On Wednesday 9th November evening I called on 198 & enquire about the same, your executive said that the 2 plans are activated on your number, that's why you have to cancel your base plan. You have to just send a sms i.e. BASE to 50505. after sending this message your base plan will be cancel & your new plan i.e. Dus Ka Gang will be activated. As per the information given by your executive I sent the sms i.e. base to 50505. After sending the sms my dus ka gang plan was cancelled. Again I called on 198 to enquire the same. They told me to go to the Loop Gallery. After that I go to the gallery of loop mobile. They told me that your problem will be shortly solved. We will take the matter & mail to the Sr. Department. But the problem was still not solved by the gallery executives.
On Thursday 10th November, 2011 again I called the Customer care. The executive told me to recharge again for Rs. 5 & then your plan will be activated. Then I recharge for Rs. 5 for the Dus Ka Gang Scheme & again I sent 6 numbers of my choice to add the dus ka gang numbers. After that I got sms that your numbers are successfully added to Dus Ka Gang Numbers. After that I called to said numbers, but still my money was cutting by my old plan i.e. 1paisa 1second. Again I called customer care but there is no response given by your executives in this all process I told your executive to transfer the phone to the Sr. Executives, the call was transferred but it was not attended by your Sr. Executive I have the reference number of 3 calls that are transferred to Sr. executives i.e. SR-111155367, SR-111181635, 111161726
On Friday 11th November, 2011 again I visited to loop gallery & told the same problem to your executives. They told we will solve your problem as early as possible. But the plan was still not activated & my money was deducted with 1 paisa 1 second plan.
Finally the Dus Ka Gang Plan was activated on Saturday Morning on 12th November, 2011.
In this matter I loose my valuable time, my money as well as I was frustrated for 5 days. I have to recharge 5 Rs. for 2 times to activate the Dus Ka Gang Plan. In this days the call charges charged by your mobile company with 1 paisa 1 second.
Therefore, I request you to refund my 5 Rupees which was extra paid by me to activate Dus Ka Gang Plan. I also want calls charges difference i.e. during 5 days in which I called to Dus Ka Gang Numbers & charges were charged as per old plan i.e. 1 paisa 1 second. And I also request you to take the necessary action against Sr. Executives i.e. Reference Numbers SR-111155367, SR-111181635, SR-111161726
