I, ram mittal request for an car load at hdfc bank website on 19-10-2011. After that i received an call from this no. 011-30564686 caller name was miss puja. She confirm my request for car loan amount rs. 3,00,000 for maruti wagon r vxi and send mr. Zubair [mobile no. - 9212414942] for collected cheques and document at my office on 20-10-2011. Miss puja offered me zero processing fees, 11.25% to 11.50% rate of interest and car value rs. 4,00,000. Mr. Zubair refused this offer with me and he said this is not possible, and this is wrong commitment from miss puja. Then i denied to give any cheque or document to mr. Zubair and he returned back from my office. After this i received an call from mr. Shanu [9810533774] and he again offer me same as miss puja, and he requested to me very for this loan. Then mr. Zubair come to my office same day and collected total 9 cheques and other documents. They fill 8 cheques in the name of hdfc bank and 1 cheques fill with rs. 10,000 but without any name. Excuse was - i don't know from which showroom we'll book your car. This cheque is for car booking.
Next day the make clear that cheque from bank in the favour of 'auto credit solutions', then mr shanu refuse all the offers with very badly language and attitude. His new offer was rate of interest is 12.5% and processing fees charges by 50% car rate is rs. 4,05,300, i was helpless because nothing was in mine hand. With very bad impression of hdfc bank services i done agree for this offer. Then they commited me for car delivery on 'dhanteras' 24-10-2011, but on monday they denied and transfer it for tuesday. After a lot of call and so many of argument with mr. Shanu on tuesday i got the delivery on tuesday evening approx 7.30pm form gurgaon [rohan motors].
After this all the exercise i made an complained against them on hdfc bank site. Then i received an call from mr. Sachin gandhi [9312550337] on behalf of hdfc bank. I agree, he is very nice and gentleman. He connect me with mr. Jasmeet [person from m k credit, hdfc bank dsa] on telephone conference. When i describe him all the issues , he start to threaten me. He give me threat that he had all the details about me and he said - "main tujhe dekh lunga, main tera intjamm jaldi hi kar dunga." mr. Sachin gandhi was also with me same time on conference. I am confused that hdfc bank is providing services through executives or through gunda elements. Means all dsa take documents copies of their clients. They are not submitting all the paper properly in the bank. Our document is not in safe hand. I am really scaring. My loan account no. Is - 19911316.

Please help me.
