My last car loan installment was on 10-Oct-2011, I had issued PDC to Kotak. Now at this last EMI Kotak has misplaced / lost the PDC. Recovery agent of Kotak had started harrasing me day and night. I have exchanged several messages and even a message from my bank that I have sufficient fund in the bank account and no issue of cheques being getting bounced. Please suggest a suitable way out of this situation.
