Dear Sir,

My name is Deepak Rajgarhia residing in Bangalore. I had taken a car loan of amount Rs.2,00,000 from ICICI bank in last week of August which got approved and have started paying EMIs. However I have not received any documents related the same from bank even after 40 days of loan getting approved.

I have been following up this with bank executive who came for loan documents and his senior colleague, but neither I have received the documents nor any proper communications. The only communication received is that these guys cannot help me and I have to follow-up with customer care to locate the documents.

I have communicated to them that I will stop paying EMI if documents are not received, however I have fear that they may take legal action against it.

Requesting you to please look into the matter and direct Bank to take steps
