Dear Sir,

I have taken a car loan from KOTAK MAHINDRA PRIME LTD, from their Nadakkavu Branch Calicut, Kerala and the EMI of the same has been paying through SBI Cheques from 10th August, 2010 onwards till date. There is no default from my side until this date.

At the time of Loan request they demanded 24 cheques and I have given 18 cheques of SBI Nadakkavu branch Chq. No(s) 0729910-926 (16 leaf) and AXIS Bank cheque No.(s) 249529-536 (8 cheques).

I have closed the transactions with AXIS Bank and the same has been intimated to KOTAK MAHINDRA PRIME LTD, Nadakkavu branch and I am ready to give 8 cheques of SBI Nadakkavu. The same bank from my EMI is continueing from 10th August, 2010 onwards. But the staff of
KOTAK MAHINDRA PRIME is not ready to accept the existing bank cheques stating that they no such policy to accept these cheques without a statement from SBI, Nadakkavu.

As I am giving the same BANK's cheque leafs for down payments how the staff can reject my request by stating they have no such policy?. Policy is for helping customers and not for making unnecessary difficulties to customers.

The staff of the company is not ready to give the concerned persons contact numbers and email id's. They were not ready to help the customers only making difficulties and also not ready to hear the complaint.

I am attaching the down payment details of Rs.6500/- each given to Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd.

So I request you please help me to get the support from Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd.
