We have taken a car loan from State Bank of India, Byron Bazaar, Raipur ( Car Loan A/c No-30113388504 )

3 to 4 days back we received a call from your bank for deposit of cheques. As we were running short of cheques we requested to send somebody to collect the cheques after 3-4 days so that we can arrange cheques from our bank.



To my great surprise, today one of the Bank Official Mr. Narendra Virmani came to my house demanded cheques.

As I was giving him the cheques he started giving lectures in a bad tone. I told him to just collect the cheque and leave. In spite of that he did not stop and and aggravated his voice to such a bad tone as if he was talking to a criminal or a defaulter.

I told him to leave.

This incident has caused a lot of mental trauma to me and I am not able concentrate on my work.
I would request the forum to look into the matter so that these people should behave properly.
