I have taken Car Loan of Rs. 200000/- from ICICI Bank . Installment Due From 2.12.2005, And the Amt per installment was 4326/-, For which I have submitted ECS Form of Bank of Baroda , Mayur Vihar Branch, In the month of june 2007 Icici Bank Imposed Overdue Charges Of Rs. 87/- and Cheque Bouncing Charges of Rs. 225/-, without taking into consideration Mode of Payment ie ECS, Again Rs 87/- per month for Aug 07, Sep, Nov, Dec, Feb 08, March, April, May , June 07 was imposed by ICICI Bank on A/c of overdue Charges.Thus according To Statment Issued By ICICI Bank, Rs 870/- for Overdue and Rs, 225/- for Cheque Bouncing Charges is Payable.Pls Look into the matter as the NOC is still Pending .
