I am Chandra Shekar K.S.V.M worked as a Software Engineer in Aricent
Communication Software, Bangalore since 21-April-2004 Purchased car (Indica
DLS) in year 2006 march. there is one more colleague taken same car in same
day. his name Mr. Rajashekar(9845526536). We both had given 36 PDC (post
dated cheques) on same day for that they didn't gave any acknowledgement for
that, they called me three to four times saying that you had to give
remaining cheques. But i use to answer that i had given 36 cheques and there
is no problem from my side.

They lost the cheques from cheque number(613151- 613159) and cheque number
587630. and unnecessary blaming me
On 19-01-2009 my self my brother and mother on the way to my house. Suddenly
four people came and stopped my car and taken car keys by forcibly by which
i got scratch on my hand. and they used bad words.

Witness :
1. Rajashekar my colleague purchased same car on same day, mobile
number(9845526536)
2. My brother was there with me when cheques given , mobile number-
9986462676

Proof :
1. Copy of Repayment Schedule with dates mention above without cheques
number

I visited Tata Motors Finance on 20/01/2009 , and given account payee
cheques of Rs. 46215/- dated 20/01/2009 and Rs. 36972/- dated 30/01/2009 for
9 months to Mr. Kanan (9243490135)

Goutham(9243495491) an employee of Tata Motors Finance Manager , who spoke
to me very recklessly and asked to bring the acknowlegement of cheques
given my them

Finally what i want to say that they have no rights to do like that.
Recently the government passed the rule that any recovery people are not
having any authority to do such harassment
