Harassment by ICICI after allotment of Nano Hi,
I need some help urgently. I had booked a TATA Nano through the ICICI bank after paying the required amount through a cheque. I submitted all the documents at that time, though did not receive any paperwork from them. Recently the Nano was alloted to me & since then I have just faced problems. At first they refused to collect the paperwork from me to get this converted into a car loan. Then after repeated calls to ICICI I was advised by them to visit the Greenpark branch. There I was informed that the amount of Rs. 95000 paid by the bank for the booking cannot be converted into a car loan as the annual income is less than Rs 5.5 lacs an annum. When I inquired that why was this not informed at the time of booking I was informed that the policy changed overnight & nothing can be done about it. As of now I am being harrased to pay close to Rs 1,23,000 to ICICI by 28th June. To top that up I received a call from ICICI suggesting that this has already been reported to CIBIL as an overdue loan.
Till now I was trying to get a loan from another bank but now with ICICI reporting to CIBIL I even can't get that done.
If there is anyone who can help me out of this, please do so.

Dear Admin/Nazia,
Thanks for your reply. I received a call from ICICI on 15th July. As per them the notification to CIBIL was an error & has been taken care off. Also they advised me that they would be in a position to convert the amount to a car loan as they are removing the Rs 5.5 lac/pa income qualifier for some time.
Would definately contact you again if I face any problems.

Hi Admin,
Another turn around of events. I spoke to my relationship manager today was advised that the policy for salary to be equal to or over Rs5.5 lacs pa has not been changed. Therefore, would like your help here. Please find the details below:
