Dear Sir, I purchased a car from M/S Swapna Motors, Bhubaneswar, through TATA FINANCE. They have given me the insurance of commercial vechicle for the year2009-10, but my car is private. after many complaints they have not done anything. But added an extra amount for the taxi insurance and now the due on my account has become nearly 14000 rupees. None of the pdc has bounced from my side. I cannot understand how they made my pvt. insurance to taxi and now calling for money which has become overdue on me because of their fault. Kindly help me out.
