Please note taht I have taken car Loan from TATA MOTOR Finance Ltd, in the year 2007 and I have deposited all EMI till now, I wants to make full and final payment of the pending EMI. but TATA Motor charging Rs. 5000/- extra as premature charges, with all pemnding EMI with interest, It is not justifiable while all EMI paying in advance with Intersest ,and charging of extra 5000/- Pl. suggest and direct suitable action to the the Company.and inform .
