I had bought a Scorpio on lease from L&T finance Limited, while I was in my previous employment. I have made the entire amount outstaning on March 31, 2011, around Rs 7.40 lacs. I have been requesting the concerned officer Mr Palit Sarmani of L&T finance limited in Kolkatta, who was taking care of my account. I have written several mails to him requesting for the NOC and procedures carried out by me. He is not responding to any of my mails. In case of any accident, I will not be able to get money from the Insurance Company as the vehicle is registered in my previous employers name. Apart from the frustation, I am losing interest on the amount. I would request you to intervene and also insist the Company to provide the interest loss to me. Also I spoke to L&T finance ltd corporate office in Mumbai and no one is responding and asking me to follow up with Kolkatta
