Unavailability of NOC Sub:NOC
My Maruthi 800 was financed by Maruthi Countrywide in the year 2001 for a term of 11 months. The amount was fully paid back then itself. The company didn't issued a NOC then and recently i came to know that the company 'Maruthi Countrywide' exists no more and I can't sell my car to another party without cancelling hypothecation in the Registration Certificate.Kindly provide me the necessary guidelines on how to obtain an NOC to cancel the hypothecation and to resell my vehicle.
