I want to put here my complaint regarding HDFC bank employees who showed irresponsibility and false commitment against my request for preapproved car loan.
I applied for car loan from hdfc helpdesk and recieved a call on 22 march 2011 from Mr Hari Prakash (mob:9250648880,gurgaon).
I asked him to process my preapproved loan only if they can get approval for my loan with 2 days due to some personal urgency he promised me that the loan
will be approved within 1 day.
I kept him following the whole day and kept saying that we have logged the request and you will get call from verification dept within 1-2 hr
and now in the evening of 23 march 2011 he told me that we havent yet logged your request and your loan cannot be processed before 25th march evening as our boss
IS ON LEAVE.His boss is not picking up the phone now.


Finally my loan has been approved by Piyush Sharma with a lot of excuses in the delay at each step of process.These guys took total of 7 days(ie 28th march 2011) to process my so called pre-approved loan.
The most pathetic and irritating interaction with any bank I have ever had.

Moreover the employees are not aware of the schemes available with the loan or either they
tried to misguide me to raise their targets.

I need this grievance to be taken at more serious level or either with the judicial agencies.
