Dear sir i have taken the car loan from icici bank 2 years back i had some financial
problem due to which i was not able to pay last 4 emis but when i recieved the cash
i call the person that used to ring me to collect the emi but he said he will be
coming whenhe recieves the cash reciept after that i left the city for work living
the cash with my collegue information the collection person but he didnt revert back
on 6th of this month i called him again he said he will revert me but in he didnt he
called me in evening i recieved a call from him asking me can i come to bank it was
7.00pm i was in the meeting so i asked him to come to the hospital where i was in
meeting but he didnt come giving an excuse that he had some problem but feww min
after i left the place there where some people following me they stoped me and
snached the keys it was around 9 pm on 6th of june i asked them too provide the id
card or any authoriation letter but they didnt telling me too visit the bank for
details when i visited the bank on monday i requested to the collection manager to
recieve the emi and realse my car but he was ademant to make full payment please
guide me what do doo sir.
