Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Yogesh Dhandharia, applied for Car Loan with HDFC through some HDFC executive name Ms. Sunita contact number 9820851653 and she offered 10.75% ROI if I buy car from Modi Hyundai showroom. I was already discussing the same with Mithila Hyundai and my salary account being with HDFC they offered me 10.67% ROI so I booked the car with them, and rejected the offer of Sunita.

My Loan was logged in and got rejected by HDFC, reason mentioned was CIBIL report and 2 accounts were named to me
1. 10247435, write off amount @ 24000
2. 880388

Have checked both the accounts, these are HDFC accounts and are not in my Name and account, but are in the name of my brother Puneet Dhandharia and based on which they have rejected my loan requirement.

Surprisingly, the same bank has approved the CAR loan to my brother on whose name the actual account as mentioned by HDFC are, hence I strongly smell a rat in the whole scenario.

I request you to help me with this case as this is sheer breach of human rights and mental torture to me, hence please take up the case and help me.

I have all the documents related to the above two accounts mentioning that these are named against my brother and not me.
