Maruti countrywide auto financial services ltd, andheri(e) mumbai Hi,
I've purchased a Maruti Omni van with a loan from MARUTI COUNTRYWIDE AUTO FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD, ANDHERI(E) MUMBAI. The loan EMI starting & ending dates were 07/05/99 and 07/04/04 respectively and all amount has been deducted from my bank by the EMI cheques submitted and there is no due. But I didn't cancel the hypothecation in my R.C. Book.
Now I've moved to Kerala from Mumbai and wanted to register the vehicle/sell the vehicle. Hence I've approached R.T.Office where the vehicle has been registered at Mumbai. But I'm unable to cancel the hypothecation since the om MARUTI COUNTRYWIDE AUTO FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD, ANDHERI(E) MUMBAI office has been closed down.
Evenif I've paid all the loan amount on proper time, now I'm unable to cancel the hypothecation.
Please help me on this

Not issuing NOC We bought a car Maruti 800 in 2001 from Patel Motors to Country Wide Auto Financial Services Indore, we payed all the installments but still we did not get the NOC and the company address niether the website!
If they still do not get any reply so we are gonna complain it to the Consumer Court!
And our Account number is MMI000000546
