My self Reddy From Bangalore, I had taken Rs.3,25,000/- used car loan from icici in the year of 2007dec for tenture of 3 years, intially everything was going smooth and i managed to pay my emi's in time then due the recession my business took real hit and i underwent huge losses and i have still not yet recovered from it. I dishonoured many of my cheques and my cheques bounced. As i said above the loan amount is Rs.3,25,000/- and i have already made a payment of about Rs.4,11,000/- i.e, 35 EMI. but the bank is still demanding me to pay Rs.1,30,000/- as installment overdues, Rs.43,000/- as other dues and state that the total recievable amount as Rs.1,73,000/-.
