    Default Car Loan A/c No.17871434

With reference to subject loan A/c No. for Auto loan, this is to bring to your kind notice that I (Rohit Jain) resident of Gurgaon has applied for car loan for purchasing new Ford Figo and I wish to draw your
kind attention towards the misbehaviour and cheating done by HDFC executive:
I was dealing with Ms. Anjali and Mr. Wadhwa (9310211720) for my loan of Rs. 1,50,000/- and I have provided all the desired documents and signed the agreement as per the requirement. At the time of
signing the agreement/loan application form, it was told and confirmed to me that the interest applicable would be 10% reducing per annum and the EMI per month would be Rs.4800/- if I would pay one
EMI in advance. But, due to my tight financial condition and as per my planning, I opted for HDFC arrier scheme and agreed to pay the EMI of Rs.4841/- per month and I have provided three cheques of
Rs.14523/- each for the same. As per the arrier scheme, no advance EMI will be deducted from my approved loan and disbursement will be done of full amount after deducting the processing fees and I
will have to pay the first EMI after one month of the disbursement. Now, while taking the delivery of my car on 24th of Dec., I was surprised to know that the amount disbursed to the dealer was
Rs.1,42,574/- and Rs.2585/- against processing fees and Rs.4841/- has been deducted in advance against my first EMI. I called Ms. Anjali and she simply told me to contact her manager Mr. Wadhwa
in this regard as due to some mistake my loan went in advance scheme instead of arrier scheme. When I contacted Mr. Wadhwa in this regard, he simply refused to do anything and bluntly told me that
he will cancle my loan. Afterwards, when I approached the higher authorities, he confirmed that my first EMI of Rs.4841/- which was deducted in advance by their mistake will be refunded within 15
days and I need not have to follow up for the same and I took the delivery of my car on his conviction. But after 15 days also I did not receive any communication from Mr. Wadhwa and when I called
him, he sent one executive in my office to sign the agreement kit again. When I asked him how many days will it take to refund my money, he told me that it will take 10-15 days more in this process after signing the kit.
