Hdfc bank loan

    Default Hdfc bank loan

    I don't even want to waste my effort in writing up what i'm going through. There is actually no point, these guys are too busy to help!! Their processes are bullshit and their promises are fake. The faces of the bank i.e. The agents who collect the documents and everything are f***ing idiots and biggest procrastinators "golibaaz - as they are called in delhi".

    - its not a 48 hours process as the website promises. Its 2-5 weeks.

    - "delivery in 3 hours after the approval" promise on the website is bullshit.

    - you might (probably 'will' not 'might') not get the interest rate mentioned on the website.

    - there might be other criterias other than what i mentioned on the website. There could be some stupid things like you need to be in india in last few months or something like that.

    - agents are f***ing liars and everyone else is hidden, not accessible! From day 1, as per the agent, i can take the delivery of the car 'tomorrow'. But 'tomorrow' never came. Still waiting.

    - the one who asks for documents do not know what all documents are required in the first place. Document collection takes two days (because they are too busy) so if he takes 3 iterations for the agent to decide what all documents are required then it could take 2x3=6 business days flat.

    - the one who approves doesn't know how things are run in the corporate world. His comments that i heard through the agent sounded like a sarkari baabu waiting for some seva.

    - other with whom i interacted in the process had a total iq of zero because of which i had to waste my time.

    - the one who was sent to collect the documents lied about his location the whole day impacting my meetings. It actually took 2 f***ing days to collect the documents leave alone the whole process which the website promises to be 48 f***ing hours.

    - no respect for customer at all

    - everyone answers phone on their convenience.

    There is actually no clarity on the process for the newbies. I'm assuming most people must be only applying for the first time and all the information on the website and what agents tell you is misleading. Stupidly high latency. Have wasted about 200 phone calls in 2 weeks but still no progress. There is absolutely no problems with my documents, i have provided what they have asked when ever they have asked. My salary is in access of 70000 a month anf for a loan of 4l it is more than enough. I'm bloody frustrated of this bank full of procrastinators. Yes all of this was deliberately in capital letters because im actually screeming. Unfortunately my salaried account is in hdfcbank otherwise i would have neven gone back to them. Not mentioning any details as its still in process and i just dont trust them. I need my ccccccccccccaaarrrr.
