I took Car loan from Tata Finance for my Indigo Manza in pune via Pandit Automobile delear in Pune. They did not send me the repayment schedule after my loan sanctioning and verbally had told that the payment cheque cycle will be 20 of each month. but my first EMI came on 15th surprisingly and it got bounced. Now they falsely committed me a wrong date of EMI nor they send me a written payment schedule of EMI, Principle and interest part. Now they are following me up for payment but I said you remove the late payment charges and i shall pay you the EMI immediately but they refuse to do so. Should I pay because of their staff negligence??????
