Hi All,

This is to bring to your notice that i , had taken a car loan from State Bank of Hyderabad in chennai the year 2009 and have closed the loan in December 2010.
In spite of closure of the loan the Bank yesterday debited my savings account through ECS for INR 17,400.00
They have also told that this is not their mistake and the issue should be sorted out from RBI.

Kindly please let me know what is the procedure to lodge the complain officially.
