I need to register a complaint against HDFC bank as they sent a message yesterday (May 18 209)saying my auto car loan is approved. I had applied for 4,70000 thousand loan for maruti Swift Diesel Vdi model. They have contacted Mr. manjunath from Bimal auto today May 19 2009 and have told him that it is approved only for 4,46000 instaed of actaully calling me and letting me know that it the loan amount i have applied for cannot be approved.

Now my car booking is pending and i will have to cancel which is a hassle to me. If they could not approve the applied amount they should have contacted me and not Bimal auto and they should not have send the message saying the loan is approved.

Details of the loan are: Loan a/c no 14907864 HDFC Bank for Maruti Swift Vdi diesel
