The No. 01164124649 and mobile no 09711465950 become horror to me since call from this no means a lots of abusive words for me. This seems that my family is toys for them. Now i am afrid that they will reach my home to abuse or kill me.
The matter is that i had a pl and due to my job loss i can not pay my 4 or 5 emi. Now i started my own work and said him to pay you as i get the spare money. but they stated the abusive word and ask me to pay.

So request to you kindly save me from that gundas. I will pay my all debt as get extra money.

Sub: Complaint against the ICICI Collection agent harassment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I need to bring to your attention my experience as an ICICI Bank customer.


These recovery henchmen calls anytime ( 43171529,46472100) on phone, mobile, irrespective my family is sleeping in early morning or late night. I availed a Personal loan of Rs.100000 from your account 7-8 years back. Due to some personal reasons i'm not able to pay 7 installments to you, 2year back some recovery agent came from ICICI bank came to our home and talked about loan settlement. He told me to pay 2 installments of Rs.20000 to settle the amount, which i paid (Rs.40000). But agin after 1 year some one came to my home that there is balance of Rs.50000 thousand in my loan account and they can settle this in Rs.25000. When i told him that last time your recovery agent took Rs.40000 to settle the account, they said they will come back to me but no one returned.Now again they start calling to my home and using very abusive language with my father. My father told him that i'm not in city when i'll be back he will inform them for discussion but they shouted on my father like anything.

I am not in city otherwise i'll make him understand why not to shout on anyone ,government design the process to deal with this.

This is a serious concern, if our country is not ready with ethical banking should not shut down loan institutions. the World existed without them as well.

1. Mental torture, Used foul and raw languages, humiliate , threats and was very abusive.

Are they authorized to do above.

2. They are adamant and said that he will come anytime to disturb till the time we do not pay him. Also, until you pay they will keep sharing your personal data to no. of agencies and sending guns ...so to escape away root it to pay..if you don't want such calls. Also, they assured that they will keep on doing until you pay.


I'd like to know how many agencies at a time they can appoint or no of times they call and visit
etc to collect the same. Should not regularity interfere here to make it clean process.


3.He always pressurized to pay otherwise will seal the property.

If they have not done the risk management before doing business.


4. Do they have right to share our data with any no of people to recover the money.


I hope you will take serious action against this.
