dear sir,

i have a car loan from mahindra finance. in april 2008. frm 2008 i m paying my EMI but now my business go down and getting much loss. now 3 EMI due, i am trying to pay EMI But need some time.
The pain started from that point onwards :: Every month mahindra finance( recovery agents ) started calling me about the EMI. I always speak with them very respect and used to give me some time..

when I'm out of station for my work purpose they used to call my home and used to complain I'm not paying the EMI's regularly. I lost my reputation in my society and as well my mental tension used to increase because of this disturbance.

mahindra finance agent call me and my family they talk to my family in a bad language and unrespected way. now they talk about court case.they told about EMI to our neghibur,and other people.
loan agreement with me(sandeep yadav) and my car loan against property.that property on name of my grand father.he age 75+. Please reply sir i dont know what i do.?..............................................
