    Default complain against ICICI Bank

    Dear Sir/madam

    I was financed a car from the ICICI Bank in Nov-2006. bank was tell to me in that my EMI will be 10,860. And those are taking the EMI of 13,860 but bank provide the EMI of 10,860 to us in his letter, but bank are taken the EMI of 13,860 from my account. And bank was taken the two ECS in one month of 13,8602 Rs. who is against the RBI Rule & Regulation. and bank capture the my car when I was going to noida VIA INDIRAPURAM, GHAZIABAD U.P. without before any warning to me. and my bank to which two ECS taken from my Current Account (IDBI Bank) in one month it's showing that ICICI Bank taken the two ECS of 13,860 Rs in one month. but ICICI Bank is not showing it's that bank taken the two ECS but my Bank IDBI Bank is Showing it's that ICICI Bank taken the two ECS of 13,860 Rs in one month and my bank IDBI is given the Certified letter to me about two ECS. and I was given this letter to ICICI Bank officer but those are not taken any action. also after this ICICI Bank taking the 13,860 Rs EMI to me. and my complain is noted in Delhi Rohini Court against the ICICI Bank to the EMI related. that those are taking the 13,860 EMI to me. but those are providing the letter of 10,860 Rs.. EMI to me. and i have
    all proof of EMI related. my complain noted in the Court of Rajesh Malik Metropolitan Magistrate Room 213 Rohini Court, Delhi. and we agree for given the EMI of 10,860 if Bank is return our car. no Bouncing Charge & No Extra Charge will be not given by me. Please noted my complain & take the action Against ICICI Bank.

    RS 10000.

    ready to pay the amount what is princpal amount with out interst in emi , but thire
    has lot of troching me and telling me if i not pay the payment , thire using very
    cheap lange which is not able tell any body , im very tenssion for this matter so i

    Default Tardy job of ICICI HFC!....Lost my original Sale Deed!!....

    Dear Sir,

    I had been toiling to put my points across to M/s.ICICI - HFC w.r.t. getting back my original sale deed. Kindly suggest how do we resolve this issue.

    Brief backgound of what went till date:
    HTL Taken in 2002. Pre-closed in 2008. Unable to get a firm response from the bank till Dec'09....

    After making lots of hue and cry, i was paraded like a show case material/training piece, b/n one officer to the other without a firm resolution to my satisfaction, till date. In the process, each of the new officers have taken their own cool timelines to come back. A very shabby way of handling an irate customer!....In the process, no one is worried about building bank's image. Its utter rotten attitude, which i could realise very late!!...Bank behaves typically as if its doing a favour to me!....The funniest thing is that i haven't got a single written reply from the bank for all my registered posts with acknowledgement dues.

    Though several people(even till date i never knew their levels, designations, addresses etc.,) used spoke to me, none of them have answered my following questionnaries:
    1.ICICI to give me escalation matrix with clear title of the concerned authorised personnels in the bank for me to escalate, transparently.
    2. ICICI to give an uncoditional appology letter in writing.
    3. ICICI to return back immdtly my last paid amount (for pre-closing the loan) and take it back from me as and when the bank finds my original sale deed.
    4. ICICI to pay me a compensation for the damages caused till date (i.e.) loss of time, mental trauma etc., a min. of Rs.3.00 L.
    5. ICICI to assure me that there will be a firm revert/fullstop to whole of these requests in a week's time and it can not be going on for ever like this.
    6. ICICI to come back on the probable date of giving my original Sale Deed..
    7. ICICI to give letters with letters signed by propoer names, designations, titles etc., and not give a blind letters w/o any such details.
    8. ICICI to share the details of potential buyers to enable me to make a sale at my desired rate.

    Instead nailing the issue with firm actions, they were only trying to convince me that they will come back, come back, come back - but to no where. You will be surprised to note that even "ICICI Grievance Policy" very clearly states that "for escalation, a customer can ask for details of escalation matrix", which is not yet shared to me till date?!.

    May be that i am a small customer, bank is taking it light;But definitely bank must keep in mind that its image takes a dent at the end of the day!.

    I am not able to digest the fact that there is not a single responsible soul who dares to take an aggressive and customer friendly call, by sitting with the customer face to face on a negotiation table. The basic gene of arrogance, non-responsive, delay tactics, mis-trust and mis-lead, needs a complete turn around from your bank.

    What i fail to understand from the bank is that, they are not able to sympathise with their own client, when the client had been grinning under severe pain caused by the un-wanted/un-necessary poking of the bank by themselves.

    Expections:
    1. To get a 100% satisfaction on the issues raised by me above immediately without any delay - Actually the silence on the part of the bank for not reverting to me on the queries itself is like adding salt to the wound...adding more of agony & trauma, and
    2. Expect the bank to be with me / hand hold me on the long run (in future too) if some thing crops up till i enjoy this property

    Trust to the best of my abilities i could explain the kind of pains that i had underwent/undergoing with ICICI HFC and look forward to your kind revert on the matter at the earliest.

    Default Taking time to give my documents

    Dear sir,

    I was having home laon acconunt no.LBMUM0000172112 in ICICI Bank, which I have repaid on 3rd of March 2010. It was told that I will getting all my document within 10 days and it had been 26 days and there is no respond from them.
    I have been calling them daily but inspite of that I am not getting my document in time. So it a request to take strike action againts them, so that i get my document as fast a possible. In addition it will be great if i get my documents by tommorrow.

    this is srinivas.matta i have an account in icicibankbank a/c no:610901150048 my a/c is salary a/c .i would like to know one thing could you please tell why did you charged my a/c with Rs 827/- ( 16/04/2010 - QABChgs,jan-mar10+ST77 ).
    i hope it is salary a/c hence how did you charged .if was there any mistake pleas credit my amount back or pleas give clarification for this charges.

    WILL ANYONE, ANYONE, who gives the time to help me, PLEASE ATTEND TO MY GREIVANCE.

    my husband is a ICICI bank credit card defaulter due to IT job fired him. for the past one year we are living ordinary very ordinary living due to no any moderate income since he is in low profile job.

    ICICI bommanahalli branch, bangalore. collection recovery manager mr.raja is following our case, initially he behaved very decent,but really he is COW-SKINNED-TIGER man. he is giving sexual harrasement to me.He understood my family situation and taking undue advantage on me. Inspite of several warning and humbling him to set me free. he wants me to have close assocaite with him.

    I brought this to many of his co-officers but everybody is not ready to hear my complaint, rather they support him and pinpointing my defaultness.

    WILL ANYONE BELL THE CAT. with no help comes to me and my cry goes to deaf ears.I PLANNED TO GIVE UP MY LIFE.. thats okay. i am not asking u all to save me. but please do not leave these person who is of animality character. WILL ANYONE ANYONE have time to correct this person and his 2 other persons.

    what a brutality these officers are. really these ravannan to be punished.

    i dont know how to take help.

    Respected Sir,

    This is to inform you that on July 2nd'2010; I have received a call from mobile no. 919076186420 saying this is a verification call from ICICI Bank for verification purpose you have just received a sms after that call for verify your account, am surprised and checked my online account during login received a sms written your verification is completed....what am see that my account has been debited by Rs.99'000/- immediately i informed @ customer care of bank and registered my complaint they said you have been cheated and your account has been debited by name of ICICISERVICEVERIFICATION....you just lodge a FIR against this in nearest police station.
    Than i visited to branch and branch manager confirmed me that your account has been hacked and online transaction is made to by the name of person Siraj, ICICI A/c no. 628501553644, address of the person as per bank is-136, Firoj Nagar, Near Tayyab Dairy, Meerut-UP-250002 and registered phone no. is 919319116396..........

    Sir, i never told any person about my password and also not replied on any fishing mail....you are requested to kindly look into this and help me as 99,000/- is a very big amount for me and earned by very hard work and also these money is for my mother surgery purpose......

    Bank is saying we'd already complaint to our head office and they're investigating for the same and it will take 30-40 days...... I also been to nearest police station 2-3 times to lodge FIR for this but the In charge of Police Station Mr. Roshanlal is saying first I will talk to Bank Manager and today he sad to Bank Manager to look in to my case but still no FIR against bank....and told me to come on 7th July evening....he is talking to me very nicely and gave warning to the bank manager to recovering my money......

    Sir am oblige if your intervention is also in my case as am a very ordinary person and never go to any police station in my life.

    I have car loan from your bank and is due to finish next month....in the span of the entire loan period i have missed just one payment ...that is last month---June and of that aswell I have paid partial amount and partial amount is due.The payment for July is already made . The reward of taking loan from your bank and maintaining the account with just one payment due is I get harrasment calls on behalf of ICICI Bank saying I have missed two payments which is absolutely nonsense.I want these calls to stop .I receive calls from the following numbers

    9885729009( i receive call at 8.30am from this number).

    On July 13th-2010 I call your customer service number and I speak to people who cann't understand my concern and they say I will keep getting harrasment call till I make the missed part payment .You should go back to the recording of my call and listen to understand how pathetic are the customer service representatives are.

    Here are the details of people I spoke to from customer service.
    Getanjali-who cann't just undestand anything
    Second I speak to one Sujit Ghortade with extension number# 8950....who says first I should make the payment and i calls will stop
    When i ask for manager he gives me this name and extension number Amit Chhabria #8775 ( Sujit says Amit's designation is a internal secret of the company and cann't reveal this to the customers).Sujit also says that first I should make the payment and cann't complain about the collections calls I have missed half EMI.

    My concern is why am I getting calls saying I have missed two EMI on my car loan where I have to just pay a partial amount of a months EMI.

    Thumbs down Car Loan Clearance issue NOC and Form 35 pending with the bank for more than a month

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I am having a very strange experince with icici Loans Department Koramangala Branch. I have closed my loans with the bank and i call up the customer care for NOC and Form 35. I was told to visit the branch by the customer care team to get same. i check with them stating that once i reach the branch i should be getting the documents and they said you will not have a problem in getting. if you face a problem please call back to customer care. I did as instructed by customer care.As expected the same happened. Its been a month i have close the loans.

    But till date i have not recieved the documents. I have visited the branch around 5 times and called the customer many times. Their 7-8 working days time is not yet come. I also got a mail from the customer care that the documents will be sent to your house mention the address as well.
