i would like to log a complaint against Addis marketing as i had given them 20,000 cash to book chevrolet spark on 31st dec 2008..i was told that they will arrange for the car loan. At the time of booking i wasn't told that if i cancel the request would only be refunded 10,000 and not 20,000 back.i waited for 3months for the same to be arranged..later the matter got escalated to the MD of addis marketing Mr Sachin Parekh who assured me to have the loan arranged but for zen estilo and i agreed as he said its a better car..the interest rate was 15%..after a few days when i paid a visit to the maruti suzuki showroom to enquire,got offered a much better deal which suited my budget..so then i informed the same to Mr Sachin Parekh the MD of the company and requested to have the 20,000 cash refunded but he is refusing to give me the entire sum back saying that as per the T&C he would only refund 10,000 and that to after i produce him the invoice for the car that i would be purchasing which is not fair at all..i feel cheated..pls pls help me.
