Dear sir
even after paying all EMI, s ICICI bank is not issuing NOC
when i contacted they are telling me first pay the overdue and bounce charges then NOC will be issued.
my EMI's are paid throgh auto debit facility from my account(in same bank-ICICI) then where the question of overdue and bounce charge arise?
months together they donot debit the money from my acount even after repeated request
sir what i am suuposed to do?
